I took my pontoon boat and trailer to Ken's and they were outstanding in converting the trailer from hydraulic to electric. They also straightened out the bent tips of the aluminum pontoons. All the work was excellent. Chris and Casey were personable, tried hard to do a good job, and took time to explain everything. The cost was reasonable for the work. Went here yesterday to get a trailer hitch installed on my Jeep. The staff was friendly and they scheduled an appointment with me in advance. Installation began as soon as I arrived and the installation took just over an hour. Price came out a little high at $390 for the hitch, wiring, and receiver but I guess that can be expected. Business also takes debit. One thing worth mentioning is that this is a typical ma and pa shop in paradise, so there are rambunctious but friendly dogs on the property. So, if this alarms you ya might want to go elsewhere. The dogs are friendly though so nothing to worry about. read more

I noticed the positive reviews so I felt pretty good about going here. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review because they left me with substantial paint damage after their work on my vehicle. It seems the tech who installed the wire harness for the hitch had troubles with the tail lights and in doing so left me with 5-6 lovely scratches/chunks that went down to the bone. This will cost me several hundred$$...So be careful if you have a newer vehicle. I think they are used to dealing with industrial trucks and do not handle with care. Other than the paint damage, they were good. The lady at desk was nice and helpful. This is only a negative review because they damaged my car, and we're not honest about it. There is no way they didn't realize that they caused damage. read more

Took my motor home in for inoperable hydraulic jacks. All three mechanics worked over an hour to diagnose the problem as the pump motor. As I was just passing through and the part was not readily available, Ken didn't want to pull the motor but have a technician in my area replace it when it was available. They did replace a bad breaker on my AC found while diagnosing the jacks. The total bill was beyond fair and what I would have paid for the AC breaker replacement alone. These guys are honest, fair and competent. Wish they would relocate to Los Angeles. Also, I loved "Axle", the friendly shop mutt. I recommend this shop highly to anyone lucky enough to live in God's country. read more

Axle kept me company and I looked around at all thier RV stuff. If they don't have it, it does not exist. They charged me less than half of another camper dealer in the area. Six stars! read more

I got a quote over the phone to have a brake control installed on my truck. When I got there they looked under the truck and said there was no factory wiring coming to the back bumper so it will cost me $100 more for them to run wire etc.. When I got home a friend and I looked under the back bumper and there was factory installed wiring there and they just tied into it and didn't run the new wire. Don't use this company they are untrustworthy!!! read more
