CVS how you complete the world?!…read more So you're here on vacation, and need something? This is where you want to come! We needed a last minute card and the selection, even for the area is pretty good. When we visited this store sometimes safety is a priority and be sure and watch out. Lock your car, the parking is free too. This trip here was worth it. We found Vegas merch that will be coming with us. Our Vegas days are limited! So for that reason we needed tourist themed items. They have aisles of stuff. It's just too cute. The price is reasonable as well. So many memories and experiences here . So when you're in the area get your coffee and whatever extra that you need to get yourself together.

Her tone when she was king for my info was very condescending. She assumed we were young and talked to us like we were dumb or something. She was quick, and just wanted to be done with us. She was also talking fast like she wanted to get rid of us. It's Vegas and she knew we were not locals. She immediately looked annoyed and her face showed it. Didn't like her energy and was very RUDE. Not friendly at all, and was nicer to other people who were Caucasian and older. We're a minority and look young--but we're not young. She needs proper training on customer service skills, speak proper to customers, and be more polite and patient. No one as even in line but us. She was acting like she was all that and a bag of chips.

CVS is a convenience store open 24 hours at Treasure Island. You'll find them on the casino floor…read morenear the bridge to Fashion Show Mall. The main entrance has a view of The Palazzo and Las Vegas Strip. Inside is clean and bright with good background music. Store offers a variety of food, snacks, beverages, beer & spirits, wine, health care items, and baby care. They have over-the-counter medicines, beauty products, cosmetics, sun care, various souvenirs, greeting cards, and travel kits. There's two check outs, one at the main entrance and the other is a self-checkout kiosk near the casino entrance. I was looking for travel sized lotion. I see plenty of lip repair balms. I did find Eucerin Original healing cream that's fragrance free. Price is $9.49 for 2 ounce. It's a bit steep. There's also Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion. Price is $5.75 for 3 ounce. This bottle is a little big and heavier, I'm curious why this one is cheaper than the original? So I asked a staff member Jane about the pricing, she is super helpful! She clarified that the healing cream has a thick consistency, whereas with the intensive repair lotion, because it's water-based it will feel light on the skin. I appreciate the information that Jane gave and decided on getting the Eucerin Original healing cream ($9.49), it is highly concentrated and applying a tiny amount goes a long way. I also got Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick ($7.99). On the way to self-checkout kiosk was a long line. I kindly asked one of the staff member Mariela, if I can pay at the cash register. She is so nice! She was in the middle of stocking items, and made time to help me with checkout, I appreciate that so much! Overall service from everyone in the staff including Mariela, operations manager Trey who directed me to the correct aisle, and Jane's valuable knowledge is excellent and outstanding! They're all very kind, welcoming, genuinely helpful, attentive, and friendly!

The store was laid out nicely and was bright and cheerful. Again, the customer service was incredibly friendly, which is why I am giving this particular Walgreens location five stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the service my mother received at this Walgreens pharmacy…read more She arrived at the drive-thru pharmacy around 6:20 PM with one car ahead of her. That car took approximately 40 minutes to finish, and by the time it was my mother's turn, it was 7:00 PM. The pharmacist acknowledged that my mother was next in line but simply closed the drive-thru and told her to come back tomorrow. The frustrating part is that her prescription was already filled. She wasn't asking for a new prescription or consultation--she simply needed to pick up antibiotics for a tooth infection. This could have taken just a couple of minutes, but instead she was sent home without medication she needed. I understand that pharmacies have closing hours, but healthcare also requires compassion and reasonable judgment. When someone is already in line before closing and needs an antibiotic for an active infection, taking a couple of extra minutes to help that patient is the humane thing to do. This experience showed a disappointing lack of empathy. I hope Walgreens encourages its staff to use discretion in situations like this, because patients should not be left without necessary medication over a matter of a minute or two.
