On Friday, 4/22, at 10:47 a.m., I received a text notification that the prescription was ready for pickup. I picked it up around 5:00 p.m. While still in my car, I noticed the medication label stated that it needed to be refrigerated. However, the prescription had not been refrigerated at all -- it was pulled from what I can only describe as a clothesline of hanging prescription bags directly behind the register. I immediately went back inside and expressed concern about whether the medication's potency may have been compromised. I was told the prescription had only been completed at 2:00 p.m. and that it should still be fine because it had only been sitting out for about three hours. That explanation did not match the timeline of the text notification I received earlier that morning. Despite my concerns, the solution offered was for me to keep the prescription and they would remake it at no cost, with a replacement supposedly ready for pickup on 4/25, Monday. I was told they would call me when it was ready. That call never came, and I have not heard from them since picking up the improperly stored medication. Lesson learned. I will no longer be using this business for myself or my pets, and I would caution potential customers to consider other options.
