Ken, the owner, personally supervises every job and his decades of experience really showed. The crew was highly professional, very safe, and they all knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up on time, worked together like a well-oiled machine, and didn't waste a minute. They were very careful, didn't cause any damage to other plants or buildings, and their cleanup was great, even blowing sawdust off our roof. We had drainage issues that turned a parking area into a sloppy, muddy mess and unfortunately downspout drainage also made its way into a basement bedroom. On top of that a wind storm took down two trees on the property which made a huge mess. I reached out to 4 companies to try to kick off some bids and Brad was the first person to respond. I ended up only hearing back from one of the other companies a week after Brad started his work. I found Brad's integrity and timeliness extraordinarily refreshing. He was very forthcoming with feedback and ideas to solve our issues and very transparent with his workload and schedule. Our project certainly wasn't going to be a portfolio piece, but that didn't deter his enthusiasm in doing the job right. After consulting with him on our various issues he quoted to clear all the fallen trees, divert four downspouts away from the house through buried heavy-duty pipe, contained a small bamboo grove, covered a side yard with organic topcoat, graded our driveway and topcoated it with gravel. He worked through inclement weather and came up with great solutions to our slew of problems which resulted in a very successful project that has withstood the continuing wet season in stride. The first one was total replacement of our asphalt roof with a metal roof. They had 4 workers come and remove all shingles and underlayment, load it in their trailer for disposal, had the metal roofing supplier deliver the the new metal roofing. installed new underlayment, and installed the new roof in 2 days. It was amazing watch the quality of their work, and their professionalism. The new roof has exceeded our expectations. We again hired them to paint the interior of our house. As expected, we were not disappointed. They moved our furniture out of the way, and protected it, and the floors with drop cloths, and applied 2 coats of paint on all surfaces, and assured the house was properly cleaned. Highly recommend for any home project!!!!
