This call was made at 01:06am. If you don't like your job and have no patience for others I would advise that you find a new job that doesn't involve you speaking to people if you can keep the attitude to yourself. I was watching from my from my front door/balcony for the Stita Taxi & the driver was punctual, but, extremely rude. I live on the second floor of my apartments. As I stood in front of my door waiting I saw the Taxi driver on the main road. A few cars were still passing him, so, I ran inside my apartment & grabbed my bag & ran back downstairs to get into the vehicle. It wasn't even 2 minutes at most. It was less than 2 minutes. The taxi driver was irate & upset. "No. No. Get out. I already called & cancelled your ride." He said. "You took too long. Get out. Get out, NOW." He screamed. "Get out." He demanded as he was shooing me away. He was very disrespectful. He didn't give me a chance to inquire about the situation. He talked over me anytime I tried to ask questions or say something & he was very unprofessional and rude. In the end he just left me standing there I was late for my doctor's appointment.

He asked where I was going and I said, Sea Tac Airport and he said right. I was leaving from Beacon Hill but the driver started heading north towards First Hill. The dispatch comes on ( the fare was already at 13.70) and tells the driver he has picked up the wrong fare and through repeated exchanges kept hearing the amount accrued said wrong several times. She then directed him to head to the airport and she would get another cab for the other ride needed. When at the airport the driver tries to add the $ 13. 70 to the final fare which I told him was ridiculous because that was not my fault. So no charge for that, yet it made me question what in the world was going on with Yellow Cab? Cannot recommended.
