Retreat21 is lucky to have him as we found the landscaping to be wonderful. From the patios, to the right amount of gravel on the road, to their gorgeous, landscaped pond and event center and OH! can we mention how they incorporated a 100+ old oak to serve as an altar in their woodland sanctuary. Perfection!!! There is a large guest cabin that can be rented, plus seven other ones and a handful of geodomes. Each cabin has a private hot tub and fire pit. The geodomes just have a fire pit. At the front of the property is a large barn that has been converted to a tasting room. They have several house made craft wines and ciders. You can take those out to enjoy on one of three nice sized patios... one has hanging swings! They serve charcuterie, boards, and flatbreads... I'm on the weekends. They have food trucks. They also have yoga on the weekends that you can do in their vineyard -pretty cool along with other events This is a great addition to the Columbus area and Marysville. We went to see Moana and left 30 minutes in. Once the movie actually started, another lady sitting in the audience had to go tell them to turn the room lights off. I was really hoping that was the problem but it wasn't. The lighting of the movie was horrible, dark and unable to see detail in the movie, let alone tell people apart. I went to the front and asked them to look at and try to fix the lighting and definition but after another 10 minutes, nothing changed. that's when we decided to leave. We still want to watch the movie but not wasting the excitement of a new movie in dull color. I asked to talk to the manager and made sure I stood off to the side, not to involve the line of people waiting to buy tickets. The manager would not refund my money. He told me that the movie was fine and the same quality/color we'll see at another theater or on DVD. Moana is on an island, lots of water, lots of color...not at Republic Theater in Bellefontaine. I'm not one to write complaints but I want people to know what they are getting into when going to this location.

She came out and also told me I could not park there, even though there was another suv parked next to where I was, and I'd have to park all the way at the end where the view is awful. I was happiest that my fellow theater goers were respectful and courteous. It is nice nowadays to just go do something and plain enjoy it. The value is very very good. If you bring your own food there is a five dollar charge for each car. Frankly that is pretty reasonable considering what indoor theaters charge for a coke. The snack bar prices were less than the average indoor theater. I enjoyed the pizza, it was hot and didn't seem so be a lot of pre made stuff, even if it was. A great experience.
