I have gone here twice now. I loved the shakes both times I went. I tried one of the chocolate shakes the first time and had the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake the second time. I also tried my husband's cookie dough shake. You can tell they try hard to provide healthy workout drinks that taste good. The also provide the option of having an aloe shot and a tea for free before your shake that provide additional health benefits. My wife and I love this place. Their shakes taste incredible and there is an incredible variety of flavors. With Covid, they are working out the kinks on their pickup service so be prepared to wait a little bit. No knock on them for that as it's uncharted waters. If you want to support a business that has zero cleanliness standards and no respect for their employees, visit KBN. The kitchen is never cleaned or sanitized, random ingredients will be thrown into your shake (allergen hazard), and the owner will take any chance to scream at employees in front of customers then proceed to cut their pay. Courtney has repeatedly hired young girls, promising base pay and tips, only to block them after giving a fraction of their deserved pay. I've never seen such an unprofessional and dishonest "business" in my life. read more

Absolutely terrible. The owner is extremely condescending and rude to employees but overly nice to customers. She has scammed her employees and left them without their total pay. The menu is a reck and she loosely puts in ingredients so if you have allergies watch out because no smoothie is the same nor do you know exactly what is in it. It's not often I give such low stars, even if it was a horrible experience. I did not not have a horrible experience, but I hope the owners read this and look into their product, which is why I'm giving such low stars. For starters, I wanted to LOVE this place. However, when I walked in the building, it reminded me of a dirty bar. The worker greeted me and asked if I had been there (which in I hadn't) he was very nice and described the menu well. However, most of the menu wasn't available because they hadn't gotten their shipment yet. That didn't bother me. As I decided what I wanted, he handed me my aloe shot and chai tea. (The chai tea was yummy!) I decided on the aloha delight. Now, this is where my two stars come in. At any single one point, none of the employees washed their hands/wore gloves to make the smoothies. They were putting their hands in all of the containers. He then pulled out a plastic ziploc container and I noticed it wasn't labeled with a date on the packaging. Then I noticed that they used torani as a sweetener. I was puzzled by this. I thought to myself, that doesn't seem right. But I couldn't get the courage to question it. Also, it was packed at 5:30 pm on a Thursday night, so I figured no one else is questioning it. So I let it go. The worker handed me my shake and asked if I liked it. I enjoyed the flavor, but it was EXTREMELY CHALKY! I walked out confused. Why is it so gross inside? Why do they use torani? Why don't they label the food!? Why don't they wash their hands!? But the employees were so nice! Am I the crazy one? (This was my thought process) I wanted so badly to walk out and feel like YEESSS finally something 10000 times more healthy than Jamba Juice. I didn't get that feeling at all. Flash forward to the next day. I started talking to my coworker who is a distributor for herbalife. I was explaining to her my experience. How i loved how good I felt with the tea. The employees were super nice and helpful. But why the torani? She stopped me immediately. She has worked at several Herbalife clubs throughout Texas. She told me under NO circumstances should they be using anything BUT Herbalife products. She agreed that that is totally wrong. She did say the only product they are allowed to use is a plant based sweetener and obviously the ingredients they need. I asked her if the protein is usually chalky and she said no. She then showed me pictures of shakes they would make at the clubs she worked at and they looked SIGNIFICANTLY different than what I was served/what I saw other people walking out with. I guess moral of the story, do your research. If you walk out puzzled like me, there's probably a reason. I hope, by doing this review, the owners will research the proper way to make their product. It's a WONDERFUL product and I WANT to like this place!!! I really do!! I would much rather spend more money on the three step process knowing it's ALL Herbalife product than a cheaper shake that is less healthy because of all the chemicals you're putting in it with sugar free torani that's half arsed. read more

Usually love this place but felt really uncomfortable my last visit. All the workers were literally just hanging out to the point that I didn't even know if the store was open. Then the worker was not entirely welcoming and I really just felt like a bother. I recommend this business become more professional and act more like a business rather than a hangout spot. read more
