They have very bad hygiene In their office.the people at the desk was rude n did not help, my doctor fax over my brothers insurance over n over and they would say they did not get anything faxed over. it took them about 2 or so to get us checked in appointment was at 1 and they check us in like at 3. The lady that was at the desk had a whole attitude, I was being nice n she had a whole attitude.they took us in cuz I called my doctor in the office telling him that we was just going to go somewhere else and that they were very bad at attending n then the lady said we just got the insurance faxed over. When called back to the room doctor did not even look at my brothers ezeama my mom had to tell him n point it out cuz honestly he was js over looking n not even worried to take a better look. So if you want to be seen I recommend not going here go somewhere else n don't wast yalls time here. read more

I had an appointment with Dr Roth for surgery and cancelled them. I was charged 200.00 and they put it down as a no show. It was not a no show, and I am reporting this to my insurance company and Medicare. I have internal cancer as well as skin cancer. I do not need this kind of stress. I have proof on my phone where I called. When I tried to get the manager, Stephanie to remove these charges. She was rude and uncaring about the whole thing. I am also going to do a newspaper article and report this to the better business bureau. I would never recommend modern dermatology to anyone. They are rude and uncaring.!!!! read more

Professional staff. I was in and out with great results. Dr. Roth is very efficient and explained my medical diagnosis with words I could understand and was kind enough to walk me out as I was visibly upset with my condition. Just experienced the worst service at KY dermatology in London KY . I took my 80 year old father with altztimers to check spots for skin cancer to which he had removed before and since he had lost his Medicare card they was refusing to see him. I even had a temporary letter that Medicare office had sent him so I thought I will call his medical dr and have them fax it to them. They was offering no help.They was so unconcerned one receptionist at the desk was laughing at me cuz I was so tore up wanting him seen. And then one of their Arpn came into a room and basically said I was lieing the receptionist was so nice would never laugh at me. So To all family friends please go elsewhere for Dermatology. read more

I don't usually write reviews but, my husband and I were concerned about a few skin spots and wanted to have them checked. We had appointments at 2:45pm and 3:00pm. We went online and printed the new patient paperwork and took them with us. The front office staff are rude. They didn't look up, smile or talk to us until we basically, forced them to. We signed in and then they gave us the dreaded clipboard with the paperwork and I said we already gave you our paperwork and she said oh, well, there's more. They were the same sheets except for 1 and it was asking for all the same info as the other sheets. SIGH! We waited and watched LUCILLE BALL on the television! We were taken back and put in separate rooms. The ladies in the room never introduced or identified themselves. We have no idea if they are certified, licensed or qualified in any way to treat us. Dr Roth walked in and within 1 minute he was leaving. He turned to the nurse and practically yelled a diagnosis at her. She didn't understand him so, two ladies stood there trying to find my diagnosis on a list of words. The finally settled on one. Who knows if it was right or wrong? Then one of them looked at the spot on my nose, put on gloves (no mask and short sleeves.....against OSHA regulations ladies!) and proceeded to inject Lidocaine into my nose without warning! She kept saying "stick sting out, stick sting out". Ridiculous. She squirted Lidocaine up on her face and stopped and said "that hit me in the face" as if SHE were the victim here! She took someone and "shaved" the place off my nose and placed a bandaid. My husband had the same thing happening to him in his room. We basically left and all we know is they sent something they cut off of us to a lab to be checked. "if it's something serious we will call you in 17 days". Or we can just go online ourselves and find out on a website whether we're dying of some form of aggressive cancer or not. Thanks Dr Roth for your kind mannerisms.
