The staff may not be aware that their profanity laced yelling in the bays can easily be heard in the waiting room. I'd rate this shop a zero. They don't deserve the one star I selected.

Miller Tirecraft in Windsor Nova Scotia have a sign at the end of their road advertising oil changes for $29.99, and for the longest time I've been getting my oil changed for $29.99. Today, their sign was still advertising that price. Imagine my shock when they presented me with a bill that was $20 more than what I was expecting. When I expressed to them my shock, all they said was "Oh yeah, it's more now sorry". That was AFTER they had performed the service. Like what was I gonna do, get them to take the oil back out? To me that is dirty pool, and I really hate when a business trick you into thinking their price is one thing and you get the work done, only to find out it's much more than you expected and it's too late now that you have already had the work done. As for me, they have just lost a long time loyal customer. Shame on you for playing dirty like that. You are no better than than garages who cheat you out of money by making you think they did work on your car when they didn't but charge you anyways. Yes - dishonest and crooked. Stubborn I wanted to make these speakers work so I went to Video World where I should have bought them, to see what they could do. The staff was very helpful especially considering I was trying to install speakers that I didn't even buy from them. One of the staff members showed me an adapter ring while another phoned to see if their supplier carried other options. They even had their technician give me some advice on how I should mount my speakers with the adapter. The chery on top was the fact that they even gave me a deal on some dynamat along with my adapters. I will be shopping for all my tv and audio gear at Video World from now on. I would highly recommend this business over any chain store, if you want to feel comfortable and walk out happy, This is the place to shop.
