Two hours later I get the call, the car I had asked for was available. Great I thought, we agreed on a price and I gave a thousand dollar deposit. Spoke with Kentville Nissan on Tue Sept 24/2013. Was told my new car had arrived. Made plans to pick the car up on Thursday Sept 26/2013. After a 3 1/2 hour drive from Moncton N.B. was told THEY had made a mistake in the options that I had been very specific that I did not want. Was told if I wanted the car it was going to be over two thousand dollars more than what we had agreed upon. Needless to say I've been around long enough to recognize the old bait & switch game when I see it. We left the dealership with nothing more than a terrible experience and useless apology! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!

I had placed an ad online selling my vehicle. I was contacted by the sales manager who said he was…read moreinterested in buying my vehicle to add to his inventory. I was clear during the call that, given the fact he had called me, he was aware of the price I was asking. He stated he "sold Hyundai's for 16 yrs and loved them" and assured me would would come to an agreement. I drove 30 minutes to their dealership and provided all the vehicle information after which he took the vehicle for a test drive. After returning, he offered me $5400 less than what I was asking claiming that getting it ready for sale would cost $1200 and he had to make some profit. Completely wasted my time considering I was clear beforehand with regards to my price.

Passing along a huge thank you to D & M Service Centre Ltd. in North Kentville! We rented a U-Haul…read moretrailer from them only to have our truck stop working after hooking up. They immediately helped us diagnose our truck's problem and, when it became apparent we needed a new starter, squeezed us in for work the same day! At that point we figured that our original plan for the day was shot, but they managed to hook us up with a U-Haul truck so we could pick up the furniture as planned (and they gave us a deal)! By the time we made it back to drop off the moving truck, our truck was all fixed and ready to go! So ... what could have been a really frustrating, unproductive day was super easy and efficient all thanks to D & M Service Centre Ltd. in North Kentville!
