But the guys at the shop helped me out and provided great service. They did not carry the tire but they ordered it for me and it was only took one day. I called the tire shop around 11:30 they said the tire wasn't there yet and called me back an hour later and help me as soon as I arrived the employees were all helpful. At the end of the service they hand out a thank you card with the business info and asking to rate them!

I had noticed some fluid on the inside of a rear tire in my tow vehicle (Jeep) and needed an oil change, they gave it a very complete safety inspection, found my battery was pretty low as well and confirmed the leak it was an axle seal. These guys got me all back together and out the door the next day! Great service good communication, love the pictures with the inspection process and ability to approve via text or email. At first, I thought it was another scam, because we have had so many, we can't count. I gave Bob a call back and I let him give his testimony of his company. I told him what we wanted, and he talked to his boss and came very close to what we needed. Saw the excellent reviews and as an out-of-town buyer went ahead and scheduled a one-way flight from PCB once I settled on the right car. Brad was great to work with beginning to end and was very patient and held the Bolt for me as I juggled cancelled and rescheduled flights and urgent doctors visits for my elderly mom. It was all worthwhile once I saw the car in immaculate condition and fully serviced and charged for the drive back to PCB. Pleased to discover the car still had its estimated EPA range from new and only need one fast charge on the way back, which is a revelation compared to the Leaf.
