Regrettably, these incidents persisted. In response to these repeated breaches of my privacy, I was compelled to file multiple police reports, including one for burglary due to the damage they caused to my door. Furthermore, I was left without an air conditioning thermostat for approximately three months and a patio door for six months. Even when my apartment flooded, causing significant property damage to my own, I recall that staff or maintenance did not respond the following day. Subsequently, I was presented with a document from Janet in the office, which essentially stated that my apartment had never flooded. She had provided me with a different description of the purpose of the document, but it ultimately amounted to requesting me to claim that my apartment had never flooded, despite the fact that it had . She had deceived me and had to sign a document that was false. that wouldn't be the first time. The situation escalated when the maintenance staff and apartment associates disregarded my property rights by accessing my belongings without my permission. . A particularly egregious incident occurred when the maintenance/staff did not offer assistance to enter my apartment after I had locked myself out. However, when they wanted to gain entry themselves, they disregarded my changed locks and essentially broke into my apartment. I recall a specific incident where I had just left my apartment and, as I was about to go leave the gate , I noticed the maintenance staff entering as I was leaving. Within a matter of minutes, they had already reached my apartment. They explained that they were looking for something and cooling and heating wires in my unit, which I understood to be related to the time of year when I did not have a thermostat. It is concerning that many of the similar instances mentioned in previous reviews that have been removed from the platform. However, there are still numerous similar reviews available. I am not the first person to have experienced these issues, and I believe it is important to raise awareness about this matter. Despite events, these individuals persist in attempting to extract an excessive amount of money from me, even though I was paying more than the amount I had initially stated. The discrepancy between what I paid and what they collected remains unclear, and I am uncertain of their intentions. Nevertheless, they are attempting to charge me an additional 15,000.

I have repeatedly raised concerns about vehicles driving at unsafe speeds, yet it took weeks for management to even post a notice addressing the issue. This is especially concerning around the townhomes, where there are no speed bumps or other effective traffic-calming measures. Children regularly walk through this area to and from the school bus and bus stops, and vehicles continuing to speed through the complex creates a serious and unnecessary safety hazard. Posting a reminder after weeks of complaints is a start, but a social media post or notice alone does not physically slow vehicles down. I strongly believe management needs to take more meaningful action, such as installing speed bumps or other traffic-calming measures in the townhome areas before someone gets hurt. Residents and their children should be able to walk through their own community without worrying about vehicles speeding through residential areas. This issue deserves more urgency and a real solution, not just a reminder to slow down.

Verbally telling me as a nurse I should be able to email her during the business day even if I'm working (guess I thought my job was More important than it was) when I responded 1 business day late to her. FYI if your 60 day notice is late (from my experience) prepare for at least a 90% rent increase for ever day it's late. Read your contract too, if you were unaware your 60days was up then they did not properly inform you and you do not owe them that money. This is my honest review. I loved all the workers except for Diedra and the company as a whole is coming after your wallet and will take every cent they can in anyway they can.

My friends are always surprised when they find out the cost of by rent-- they all asume I pay a few hundred more. All my maintenance issues have been promptly taken care of. I've never had issues. All the staff I've interacted with have been polite and helpful. It is pet friendly, has two pools, and generally nice grounds.

It looks like it belongs in the hood. Overall it is not a good place to live and they don't maintain the cleanliness nor are the terms of there leases good if you may have to break it. Most places require 30 day notice and you get a free for breaking the lease. Since this place requires 60 days... you will pay two months of rent and pay the termination fee on top of that. The 30 days is normal because it's reasonable to have to do a short term move because of work... a 60 day keeps you on the hook just to steal your money .

update after move out…read more.. reasons why my rating significantly dropped: 1) ROACHES!!!!!!! we got our apartment sprayed at LEAST 6 times with 1 supposed "bombing" and the roaches never left. our dishwasher was completely unusable due to the tons of roaches that made a home inside it. not to mention roaches in the STOVETOP and in kitchen appliances!!! no matter how much we cleaned and got sprayed they never went away. we actually weren't given our full deposit back due to the state of the dishwasher (which was never used by us) 2) lack of security!!! had my car broken into (like many others) and all they asked for was an apartment number at the front desk. filed a police claim and nothing happened. apparently this was an ongoing issue that had happened multiple times before. also the fact that we were told our entrance gate code would change every few months and remained the same for the entire time we lived there. 3) trash pickup. our trash can was constantly not being picked up, and we received letters saying it was too heavy (which it hardly was) or torn into (mice/cats would get into it when we would place it out). it was very annoying!!! overall, it was an okay living situation. i wouldn't live here just for the roaches alone. you decide!!!

Communication from upper management has been virtually nonexistent, and I have also had several disappointing experiences with the assistant manager on multiple occasions. One of the biggest disappointments has been continuing to deal with management regarding the rental price I was originally quoted. I was given one price during the leasing process(not by Najia) only to find out later that the amount was incorrect. What has been most frustrating is not simply the pricing issue itself, but the lack of accountability and willingness to take responsibility for the information I was given. Mistakes happen, I completely understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are handled, and unfortunately, I have not felt that this situation has been handled well. That being said, Najia, our leasing agent, has continued to be amazing! If you decide to tour this property, she is the person you'll want to ask for. She knows her job, goes above and beyond, and her customer service is truly the best! She was wonderful throughout the leasing process, and I can't say enough good things about her. I also want to give a special shout-out to Pat, the maintenance man. I only interacted with him once, on the day I moved in, but he was extremely kind and helpful. He was the only employee who made my move-in experience pleasant that day, and I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Sometimes even one positive interaction can make a stressful day a little easier, and Pat definitely did that for me. As for the apartment itself, I absolutely love my apartment. Unfortunately, though, loving your apartment is only part of what makes a place feel like home. After leaving my previous apartment after 17 years, I was really hoping to move into a community where I could feel comfortable and confident that the residents would be taken care of. Sadly, based on my experience so far, that has not been the case. I truly hope things improve because I want to love where I live, not just love the apartment I live in.
