We methodically worked our way from the front door around the store, through the sale area and toward the dressing rooms, our arms full of clothing we were excited to try on. We were abruptly stopped by a young blonde worker who informed us the dressing rooms were locked and she couldn't open them because it was ten minutes before closing time. Seriously? There was someone still trying clothes in a dressing room, three ladies coming in the front door and not even quite ten minutes til the top of the hour. Plus, you literally watched me gathering clothes and working my way to the dressing room. Why didn't you tell me sooner?? The worker said 'well I can hold them for you until tomorrow'. First, I live 100 miles away; and second, I can try them on faster than you can fill out the hold paperwork. I don't believe I've ever had such a negative customer service experience especially when the store itself was so amazing :(

They also had sections for men and children too. They have it all! The staff seemed very friendly as they greeted you when you walked in and were willing to help you if you needed too. Now I did run into a couple hiccups, the side panels for my Ryker didn't come because CanAm doesn't send them with the bike, so they had to order them separately,(they do have them in stock now though), they are currently going through a remodel, and hired a bunch of new people. The other issues I ran seemed so small because Adam did A WONDERFUL JOB at making sure I got everything I needed for my bike. My overall experience was 9.5/10. The group of guys that helped me with my bike did a wonderful job. I love my Ryker no balance required, it's easy to ride, and I look cool and feel safe while driving it!
