I like the store but the customer service in Bowling Green store is awful. It was a guy who answered me. We had a snow storm this week & we tried to pick up our order twice on 1/27 & 1/28 but their parking lot was messy & slippery . We cant walk to get into the store coz its slippery & im a senior. So I called if they cant put a hold on it but the customer service said he cant coz its already expired the pick up date. I asked whats the best solution for it, he said IT IS, WHAT IT IS. I cant change our process. You have to pay for it. If you dont want to pay for it, talk to your credit CARD. SO RUDE & MEAN!! read more

Twice, my husband has tried to order a shirt online in a 2x goes and picks it up, comes home, opens it up and it's a medium!! The first time it happened I brought the shirt back. It did not come with a packing slip so the girl put in his charge card and then gave us a refund for the shirt. My husband tried to order it again and again got a medium. I went all the way over there today and the girl behind the desk was training another girl and she told me she needed to know the SKU for the shirt he originally ordered because the computer wouldn't let her give a refund. She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls. read more

I love the stores products and the sales are great but the staff working at this location are the most indifferent I have ever seen. No one asks if you need help no one smiles. I only go for the items which are great. read more

Great location to purchase clothes. I never interact with any of the staff, but I really don't need to. The selection is wonderful and plentiful. If and when you go to one of their many sales, you can get some really great deals. I think one time, I had saved around $350 on a 69 dollar order. I definitely recommend going here to purchase casual clothing. read more

After Christmas sales going on, unfortunately not a huge selection of anything. I needed to exchange a pair of ear rings because the clasp didn't match up. We couldn't find the exact ones so the girl at the counter simply adjusted them. Hopeful they'll stay closed! My cousin and the hubster did find some great deals on a few clothing items. read more

Everyone knows Kohl's overpriced items are to compensate for the ongoing sales. I have typically overlooked that, however, the most recent trip to Kohl's in Bowling Green, Kentucky, was a disaster. Clothing on shelves were unfolded and unorganized, and there were piles of clothing with hangars piled on the floor. Not sure who would do such a thing...maybe a disgruntled ex employee. Not a good shopping experience. read more

I shopped Kohl's in BG Tues 03/06/18. A great experience, sales person in returns with questions on items available. She was so helpful & lady checking me out was also & both so pleasant. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase.
