He arrived on time and got straight to work. I had 3 doors/locks that needed to be rekeyed and it took him about an hour. Maybe a little over. They provided me with the keys and had me test all the new locks while he was still there to ensure there were no issues. I was paying by card so he gave me a bill and told me to call the store to pay. I did so right away and everything went smoothly! I felt the price was very fair and much cheaper than replacing everything myself and didn't require me to do any labor. I would use them again!
