I'm no expert but their product has all the characteristics of green unseasoned wood, which doesn't burn. After chasing the company for a month to make me whole, they refuse to deliver and replace the defective product with a seasoned quality cord of wood that I paid for. I tried mixing 1 defective log with good logs and the bad log was always left hissing and smoking. This was very difficult for me because I'm 100% disabled. I advised no call was received and she said the technician actually called her and said he had a family emergency and had to leave. She then advised me to find another company because he was the only technician and she has no idea when he's coming back. Absolutely awful.
