Every time I have to go down to the showroom just to be told that they are backlogged it will be another two weeks and they will get back to me so the cycle begins over again still no answers to messages and no progress. Update they have actually made arrangements and booked dates . Looks like there is finally light at the end of the tunnel.

After job was done was told , need new flue ... after waiting for that estimate finally received it $2500 more after paying $2800 for the chimney ... Had that company come over beforehand look at chimney never told me it needed a flue ... Also they reused old tin cap and assembly on top and now it looks bent after reinstall ! Just can't believe $2800 for 5 hours work , what do bricks and a little mortar cost ? Grant it something I can't do , only because of my age ! Understand costs of running a business and making a profit and having a couple of 25 year old kids , I expected at least a whole new tin cap and everything new ... Should have been told about flue as when the chimney was first looked at .... All I can say do homework get a few more estimates ! Will get other quotes on a flue !

Again he stated that was unnecessary. There were concerns of negative air pressure from newly installed hood vent. Was installed after the issues started, within 2 weeks of his appointment. Not the cause. He was not interested in checking my chimney or vents. He stated i should call heating and cooling specialist, who i have had out and had another I had phone consult with, referring me to have my vents and chimney checked. I know my chimney needs to be repointed at the very least. Anyway, he didnt want to go on my roof just referr me elsewhere .
