He looked at the water heater, got it to heat up, and stated my vents were not the problem. Stating my concern was carbon monoxide detector repeatedly going off asked him to inspect the chimney. Again he stated that was unnecessary. There were concerns of negative air pressure from newly installed hood vent. Was installed after the issues started, within 2 weeks of his appointment. Not the cause. He was not interested in checking my chimney or vents. He stated i should call heating and cooling specialist, who i have had out and had another I had phone consult with, referring me to have my vents and chimney checked. I know my chimney needs to be repointed at the very least. Anyway, he didnt want to go on my roof just referr me elsewhere .

So mid Nov comes, David arrives and cleans the FP, charges us several hundred dollars and 5 minutes after he leaves it goes off again. I called immediately and left a message. A woman said they needed to order a part. We've called half a dozen times since then and get no response. It's been weeks and no one has even given us a single update. We either get the answering machine or a woman tells us she'll let David know we called. I'm so very frustrated over this. We've had this gas fireplace for many years and have never had a service issue with the former owner. I really miss having it on!

Heard decent reviews about company , needed a smaller chimney replaced on my small cape home .. 2…read moreyoung guys came over , set up scaffolding , 1 guy on roof doing the work , took about 5 hours max ... tear down chimney and erect new chimney .. After job was done was told , need new flue ... after waiting for that estimate finally received it $2500 more after paying $2800 for the chimney ... Had that company come over beforehand look at chimney never told me it needed a flue ... Also they reused old tin cap and assembly on top and now it looks bent after reinstall ! Just can't believe $2800 for 5 hours work , what do bricks and a little mortar cost ? Grant it something I can't do , only because of my age ! Understand costs of running a business and making a profit and having a couple of 25 year old kids , I expected at least a whole new tin cap and everything new ... Should have been told about flue as when the chimney was first looked at .... All I can say do homework get a few more estimates ! Will get other quotes on a flue !

The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

Luckily, I found Luis, who came the same day. He immediately cleared the clog and cleaned out all of the gutters thoroughly.
