The business-side of things has been a bit on the shady side. Be sure to read, re-read, and read again ANY contract you are going to sign. Previous GM(s) have been known to rush people through the signing process and get grumpy when questioned about this practice. On a more personal side, I am not a fan of people who sit up at a front desk of a business like this and ignore patrons - that seems to be a thing with this company (I purposefully didn't join up with X3 on Windy Hill because they ignored me when I stopped in to ask questions) - if you are at the front desk, you should be working or be prepared to work, especially if you are asked a question: don't look at me like I am bothering you - I WILL make a comment about that nonsense and I will call you out on any attitude you give me.

They don't even participate in the classes and they just practice in the back. The coach uses them to promote this boxing gym and their social media asking for a good review. Just never come here I don't even know how this is a boxing gym. They don't even help with technique. I've seen people who have terrible technique and the coach doesn't help them. All he does it sits and scrolls on his phone. You can even slack off and doing nothing all class. He won't even care. I'm so sick of this place I never even broke a sweat. Some days they might do something slightly intense but most of the time every class is just a joke. Absolutely terrible. Most of the good reviews on google are from boxers that are close or friends with the coach.

They directed me to their website to cancel, which I did. I didn't think much of it until I received an email in August telling me that I would be eligible for cancellation in September, which was not true. It wasn't long before I discovered I was locked into a "subscription trap." They kept withdrawing money from my account for three months, totaling $450.00! This made me really frustrated and upset. I ended up having to reach out to my bank and cancel my card. I thought X3 Sports would be more helpful and clear about cancellations. I warn others to be careful if they think about joining X3 Sports because getting out of this "subscription trap" is very difficult.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There's a whole array of boxing gear some of which I was familiar with from prior experiences. We did a few circuit training workouts which was fun but tough especially as they did not have air conditioning on this particularly warm day.
