One thing about Kickboxing you have to be consistent in everything you do...You definitely have to go at least 3 to 4 times a week. I always have a great workout, I know I'm burning calories and also you have to have a good diet to keep the weight consistent and off of you. The staff and instructors make you feel welcomed. I really like their attitude and great energy.. if I need any help they will take the time out to show me what my position is in Kickboxing... Then I soon could here someone saying "hello is there anyone in here " in a professionally demanding tone. The gentleman quickly responded to my voice notifying them that this was my storage area and thankfully because of I believe his name is Mr. Christopher Harper he had told me that he was apart of the properties new reformed Security detail by tnr the name of Defense and Awareness Security services. He advised me that during his patrol he noticed that my back entire door was left wide open and unsecured in which I had totally forgotten about and was nearly about to leave from my shop. But because of Mr. Christopher Harper (prior U.S. Marine) he had told me and his superb engagement with professionalism responding to the matter at hand without hesitation and sound judgment he literally saved my shop from being possibly infiltrated.
