I've been training her for over a year now and I am extremely happy with this gym. The atmosphere here is always positive. I can't come here everyday for training because of my work schedule but I have signed up for private sessions with Issac. The one on one coaching and individual attention has helped me significantly. I can attribute this to Issac ability to teach in a way that you can understand and get better. This school is awesome. Professor Paul welcomed me like I was already a part of the school as soon as I walked through the door. I came for a trial class and from start to finish everyone was nice, place was clean(temperature checks), and the facility is amazing altogether. As a newbie to BJJ and MMA with only a boxing background I was given 1 on 1 coaching the entire class. Coach Orlando was patient, gave clear concise communication and encouraging. Professor Isaac was great with demonstration, as well. They legit want their students to be the best that THEY can be. Not competing against anyone else but yourself. They take the time to invest in you getting better from what I could tell. The layout is awesome and they promote getting betting. I hope to return asap. I started the fitness kickboxing classes a little over a week ago and love them! Great way to get in shape and have fun at the same time. When you first walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff, always smiling and making sure that you have everything you need. This is one of the best all around gyms I have ever been to. The staff are extremely welcoming and motivational.
