The whole experience was great , The staff there truly care about the residents. The care they gave my mother was outstanding. They treated her exactly how I wanted my mother treated. Mom loved her caregivers like family . The communication was outstanding any issue that came about they handled everything with professionalism and kept us in the loop making all major decisions. Having a loved one suffer from dementia is hard and can sometimes be frustrating. Never did I have one concern that they wouldn't know what to do ! this is probably the worst assisted living facility. I've ever put a loved one at super super horrible people super crappy staff the owner Jill doesn't even care about anything that do it's in the ghetto so you get what you pay for clearly which is why it's so cheap if you ever consider putting a loved one at this facility you're absolutely wrong. You're better off sticking them at the you are at this facility they don't care about them. They don't bathe them. They don't watch them. In fact my loved one was found walking around by the road at this facility. No one even knew my loved one was gone. I highly recommend finding any other facility besides this one. read more
