The photo shoot was actually fun (even with a squirmy baby), and Kelly took great shots of us, our kiddo and our home. She has an amazing eye - our house and garden have never looked so good! So she was running around trying to get all the pictures I had asked her to get. By this point, I was already completely dressed and my husband was already dressed as well. So she missed all of the shots of us getting ready and tried to have us remake them which looked completely unnatural and set up in the pictures. After we had the ceremony we wanted family pictures, she didn't give us ideas of how to stand or what to do, she had everyone in one big line for every picture. And she ended up leaving before we made our grand exit. We got our pictures back and I actually cried because of all the pictures she took, there were maybe 5 of my husband and I that actually looked good. They were heavily edited, blurry, out of focus, etc. Not only did she waste our money, she robbed us of the opportunity to have good pictures to keep forever of our day. She attempted to "fix" it, by asking my husband and I to get re dressed up to go take more pictures several weeks after our wedding. Your wedding day is absolutely not something that can be recreated, so we said no. I asked for the pictures to be returned to me unedited, in hopes they might be better, but she never sent them all to me. The ones she did return unedited were just as bad as the edited ones. She is a very nice person, but as a photographer I would never recommend her. I never write reviews but she ruined pictures of a day that only happens once, and months later it continues to upset me, so I very strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

The entire process and the touch ups took less than two weeks. Signing up and getting her to come in to the office was a breeze. Very affordable and I will be using her again this year. My entire team loved working with Nicole and had a blast too. I was referred to Nicole by a colleague because I was in need of a head shot. I contacted her on…read morethe phone and she was very friendly. We decided to meet a couple days later at the Olympic Sculpture Park (weather permitting). If the weather was not so great we were going to meet at her studio in West Seattle. The weather turned out to be great so we met at the Sculpture Park. She made the session very fun and relaxing. It was easy to smile for her. I generally do not like to have my picture taken at all, or rather, do not enjoy looking at pictures of myself. That is why I was so pleasantly surprised when she sent me the link of the photos from the session, which she sent the same day as the session. She had taken lots of great pictures! I got to pick which ones to keep and she retouched them and sent the final link to me (as well as the invoice) via e mail. I will definitely be using her again for any future photography needs I may have, and would highly recommend her to others. The whole process was so easy from scheduling the session to receiving the link for the photos and paying. The price is very reasonable as well!

I just recently had Radiant Photo Booths at my wedding on July 12, 2014 and it was such a great…read moreexperience! We booked with Janette several months in advanced, and she was great about get into contact with me regularly to see how my own wedding planning was going and to give me updates. She was very easy to get a hold of which is highly appreciated, and she is just all around an extremely kind and friendly person, which just makes the wedding planning experience that much better. Everyone totally loved the photo booth at our wedding and couldn't stop talking about it. It fit a ton of people, the largest group photo we did had 11 people and you can see all of us! Janette brought a ton of great props that everyone loved, and she even surprised us and made some personalized ones which was great! She showed up several hours early which worked out perfectly. Our wedding was in Port Orchard which is at least an hour and a half drive away from Seattle, but it wasn't an issue. We had our ceremony and reception in the same location so I was a little worried that there might be some disruptions for the guests or for our ceremony, but that was a total non-issue, she was set up in plenty of time before our guests started to arrive. We had around 125 guests at our wedding and we went with the 3 hour package which was more than enough time for everyone that was interested in taking photos to do so. Janette sent me all of the electronic copies of the photos the day after the wedding which surprised me that she got them back to me so quickly! It's great to be able to post them on Facebook so all of the guests can look through and see their photos again, especially if someone in a group photo didn't get the copy for themselves. Overall we had an amazing experience with Janette and her lovely company. It made our wedding so special and I would recommend Radiant Photo Booths to anyone! While I am not at all modest, the time she took with my husband and I posing and holding our bump together was even more special than the picture it produced - it was like we took a very quiet, undistracted and initimate moment to be close and know what we created together.
