I then spent the next 5 hours having to argue after showing them the measurements, buying A DIGITAL Caliper sending pics, videos over and over. they sent me pics of a diff watch trying to tell me that they sent me a Ladies midsize, telling me i am wrong. From a ruler in mm to this tool, videos, pics, AI they could have just said i am sorry our mistake and sent me the correct size watch. The partner/owner Mike sent me an email saying sorry and cont to just request the watch be sent back. Once received they will refund me $3510.91 and return my Bulgari back. I have also notified American Express, as well my lawyer. I have to be honest with you i am baffled confused and disappointed. I do not get it. Are they just dishonest and thought i wouldn't notice? Can they not just apologize and make it right w the correct size watch? They stopped responding and i am sending the watch back w their fed ex label. I do not recommend working w this company privately or thru Chrono24. I am not one to write reviews but this just went too far over such a simple i am sorry please let us make this right.
