Went for the first time with my dad. Nathan or Nate cut his hair with skill. My dad has fine hair so he just needed a clean up. It doesn't grow fast. He also shaved him and trimmed his stache. This business is very unprofessional. The guy that cut me didn't know how cut. I even asked if he knew how to use the blade for my beard and left me looking ridiculous.. the other workers just let this happened and I paid 50 bucks. I should've left without paying. Alright so here's my story on why I'm giving a 5 star rating. I've currently been on a journey with my hair I've been looking for new looks and going around shops and seeing how they leave my hair and how they treat me. I have gone to 3 shops and they didn't feel right to me I never got the look I wanted and felt out of place in their shops. So, I just looked up locations and stumbled upon this one and said let's give this a try. I went in as a walk in and wow the vibes felt great in there I was attended quickly and showed a bunch of pictures to barber Ivan and told him I wanted 3 things done to my hair and he just listened and said let's do it! I was worried he would say that he couldn't do all that but I was so glad he said we could. During the cut I was getting we had a great conversation and he always asked me if this was how I wanted it and made sure I was happy about how it looked. Also, when he asked me something I was unsure of or didn't understand he would explain it to the point where I could understand and make the right choice for myself. My overall experience was great I really do recommend this shop and I loved the fact that it's queer friendly because I am queer! read more
