But their phone goes to voicemail and they do not return calls. I left a detailed message this time so they knew exactly what was needed. Still no response. I was told again, "The tech will call you back immediately." I just called again at 7:00 pm. Finally, someone calls me back to tell me they are booked until next Wednesday. I spent the evening depending on a company I've used for years. I could've gotten someone else had I been told the first time that they had no availability. This is NOT the way to do business. They plugged in a tester and informed me that it was the motor control module that was bad. The cost to repair was $1200.00 and the system was 18 years old. I elected to have a complete system (furnace and AC) installed. Crain was there the next day and did a complete install in one day. There was some miscommunication about Lennox financing but that issue falls to Lennox rather than Crain. Workers were prompt and courteous. They covered my basement carpet with a tarp and even covered my wood flooring steps with a tarp trying to be overly cautious of my home. I thought the tarp on the steps was dangerous for them but that's what they did. I don't believe the cost of the system was out of line. Prompt service, good pricing, courteous workers, steps taken to protect my home, and the install went smoothly. Not sure what more you could ask for. There is always someone who will find fault with some minuscule detail but they did a good job for me. The most important question, Would I recommend this company to you. Answer, Yes. I was pleased with their service and would like to use them in the future.
