They make it very easy when you check in. I've had both the Haddado face lift and a Medical massage by her. I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Little touches, but just some things I noticed I have liked at other spas I've visited. For sure, I will be returning and always recommending the center. It was a wonderful experience.

All of the technicians were kind and accomodating. I got a light/medium pressure for my massage. I did my entire body. Everyone paid attention to detail. Let me start off by saying Dr. Green is very nice. However, his team's billing practices need to be…read morecarefully scrutinized. Do not fall for having to pay upfront costs outside of a copayment mandated by your insurance company. The doctor's billing team told me they knew what my plan would pay and what I would be responsible for; they wanted the money upfront. Rather than cause I scene, I paid. I called my insurance provider as soon as I got home and had a three-way conference call with the billing dept from Dr. Green's office. My insurance carrier said they were not to charge me but the Dr's office insisted they knew better than the insurance representative. A couple of weeks went by and I viewed my Explanation of Benefits. It turned out that I wasn't to be charged at all. Dr. Green's office owed me money. I had to wait another 2 weeks to get paid the money they wrongfully took from me. They apologized and said they would change their ways but that the carrier's website was wrong. That is not true because they said they did it all the time without issue when I had the conference call. Think of all the other people they may have done this to. Are they giving them back their money? Finally, if they perform a procedure that requires off-site lab analysis, make sure you know the costs upfront from the provider they use. I got a separate bill from their go-to lab and was shocked. My insurance provider paid a third of their bill. I looked up the codes and services charged and the going rate for the market we live in... OVERCHARGED by the lab but could do nothing about it. I was told it was because of my insurance plan's deductible requirements. Yeah right, just like I was told they knew what my plan would charge when they collected upfront money before submitting their billing paperwork to my carrier. To Dr. Green - you're very nice and I believe you care about your patients. However, this is a fix on your end that's needed to gain trust. Your billing team apologized but you never did. They work for you. Also - I've heard from others that there's too much of a push for lab work during a visit. Unnecessary justification is given.

Never heard back from the Dr. Called to check on the diagnosis and was told if it was bad news they would call if I didn't hear from them it was nothing. 3 years later I get a letter saying I have basal cell carcinoma and need to be treated !! 3 YEARS LATER!!!!!
