Josie helped me zero in on a machine that fit my interests, Cameron has been very knowledgeable about the technical side of things, but is also a great source of knowledge about the details of which feet, which stitches, which techniques to use. All of the employees are friendly and helpful and no one seems to mind the calls when I run into trouble. Service and classes have been consistently great. So glad I found this store so early in my adventure into a new creative outlet. Always something new to learn and create with these guys at your back.

Cam could absolutely fix it, but was concerned I would be back within a few months spending more to keep it running than it was worth. It had been a gift from my husband when we had very little. Cam guided us through the decision (no pressure!) of a new machine. I told him exactly what I needed and he did not attempt to "sell me" on something crazy expensive. In the end, I walked out with the perfect machine for what I needed and it was UNDER $1,000. After a couple of weeks, I was struggling with some of the features/functionality. He invited me to come in, sit down, and sew. He would be right there to answer x, y, and z. Within 2 hours, I was off and running. I'm still using that same little machine AND bought my dream longarm from them. He and Josie are THE BEST! (My little old machine DID get repaired and they donate them for use in the community.)

Over the phone I was told no . My dog needed a walk so I leashed him to a bench and walked in there door. Three ladies doing nothing in a very big space. Introduced myself and showed them a project that my mother could do in 2 minutes or less and was very disappointed when I was told no by the head honcho. Boycott this store Please ... OCT 5th I placed an order for these awesome ashland bats…read more OCT 7th it shipped. Box was damaged and returned to sender, someone named "Patty" received it in Ft Worth, TX. NOBODY CONTACTED ME. NO EMAILS. NOTHING. I contacted them on the 18th via online rep, they said it'll be re sent (see screen shot). 1 week later I call this time 1800michaels... Order was placed on hold... because they're waiting on the return of the box they got 9 days ago. They said sorry over and over. Guaranteed they'd expedite my shipment. Said itd be a day or two before shipping.... Hung up. 10min later I get an email notifying me of a refund. So I call AGAIN... They said it was automatically refunded because no more stock available. ITS STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEB PAGE. Am half tempted to order one with the $20 "sorry we screwed up" card.
