After installation it showed every vacuum pass and footprint. Our 10-pound cats leave actual pawprints and furniture, even light chairs, leave permanent indents all the way to the backing. The seaming is poor and in one room the sections do not run the same way due to "a measurement error". Other seaming is not flush. After sending photos, I asked for the sales associate and the manager to observe the properties in person because I was told that "photos can be inaccurate". After six months both have not visited the installation site. My experience was poor sales advise, poor carpet quality, poor installation and poor follow-up. Do not believe their online guarantees which are simply there to get you in the door.

After seeing the final product, I am not happy with the finished product. The spaces between boards were not properly filled. You can also feel the "fill" product on the floor when walking across it. For the money paid to refinish them, there could have been more attention to detail given to these floors.

I love local but if you have time order elsewhere.

I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.

Be very careful with this company. They showed up to our home for a small leak caused by some…read morefaulty caulk on a roof penetration from another contractor. Initially they came off as very professional. They tore out our dry wall on our ceiling to address the leak, removed the bat and spray foam insulation down to the sheathing (even cut a wire for our exterior lighting that they needed to hire an electrician to fix.) They found a small amount of moisture but 0 mold. They removed the joist blocking that separates the outside from the inside of the house above the wall and loosely filled it in with a piece of bat insulation. Then they got busy and left it like that for a few weeks. Mind you, this was in the middle of winter. When they returned, they realized they created mold in that spot in our brand new home but did not seem at all perturbed about it. They did remove the mold, and then they made a crude attempt of using canned great stuff spray foam insulation as a replacement for the correct foam insulation that is supposed to be, and was originally, there to eliminate our dew point. We noticed the poorly done job of insulation and they were instructed to chip it all out by their manager. After that, they found out the mold spread further up the bay. This resulted in them needing to tear out more dry wall etc (but did eliminate the mold they caused and dried out the area) and eventually they admitted they were losing money on our job and canceled our contract and left it as is. This was all drawn out for months, during which time they would try pointing the finger elsewhere. Something that should have been a quick fix turned into a total nightmare for us to get figured out. Now we are left with finding new contractors to finish this job.

They offered us a discount if we paid in cash vs submitting to insurance, and then would not honor that discount when we went to pay. It took over three weeks for them to respond about the timeline and cost of the restoration, and that's only after I was told "stop calling we will let you know when we have time for you". They are disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend using them.

Several of my most expensive items were 'misplaced' and I had to confront them several times to get them back. And here's the worst part- they charged my insurance company over $100,000!!!!!! I told the insurance company we were being ripped off but they told me they have to just go ahead and pay them or Serv pro will put a lien on my house. I've never been so disgusted by a company in my life. Literally one of the biggest scams I've ever encountered. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOME!

My experience: Before any sanding started, I asked for them to hang a plastic sheet to prevent dust from contaminating the rest of the house. I was told that there would be no dust because of their large vacuum, and that if it looked like any dust was getting into the rest of the house they would hang a plastic sheet. After the re-finish was completed, I found dust settled on almost all surfaces in the adjoining room, which is my kitchen. This meant a layer of dust had settled on the counter tops, all of the open shelves, every dish and cup, every appliance, and on the fruits and vegetables stored on the counter. Cleaning all the dust required many hours of effort. I have received a call apologizing for the 'oversight' of not hanging a plastic sheet, but I am still quite disappointed that all of the effort I spent cleaning up dust could have been greatly reduced with such a simple task.
