The point is that I was actually informed about my own body & had information about myself to take away from the consult (all for $30 less than a full consultation @ Jefferson)--- at Jeff Chiro I just expressed my pain points, told them I was the kind of person who wanted a brief understanding of what they we're doing to my body, instructed through a 5 min assessment of movements, shown what the adjustments would feel like, and then told to lie on the table to get started.
