The staff were all so kind and helpful. While I was waiting for my appointment, one of the women showed me these awesome products they carry that are not only makeup, but sunscreen as well. Essentially, I could go to the beach with a full face of makeup and not smell like traditional sunscreen or look greasy. I love that. The walls of this place are decorated with gorgeous art and in some of the rooms you can see the original brick walls of the building showing. The Diamond Glow treatment itself was not painful at all, but gave me the result of cleaned out pores. The suction takes out all the gook and replaces it with the serum of your skin professional's choosing (my serum was a hydrating one). The entire treatment was short enough to fall in my lunch hour, and was non abrasive enough for me to walk out and show the world my cleaned face. This is truly a luxury experience. Anything you want, coffee, tea, water, a more youthful complexion, can all be given to you here. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

Like most women over 50 hot flashes, night sweats and weight gain was killing me. Most doctors are NOT specialist within the area and also please prescribe a low-dose of things such as Premarin various forms of testosterone etc. Because breast cancer and other cancers run in my family I was very hesitant to start those therapies and to be honest didn't read anything good about the products being used. When I found Dr. Hale and his staff the first thing he did was sit down with me for over an hour and just talk about my symptoms many of my concerned and he was so detailed about explaining things to me. He then took bloodwork on me and we started what is known as pellet therapy which I now come in for every 4 mo. When I tell you this treatment was life-changing within the first three weeks my night stop and stop completely my rude had changed dramatically. The night sweats completely stopped, my libido was crazy high and lost almost 15 lbs in the first 2 months! I want to tell everyone that they are not paying me for this review. I wanted to tell the world because sometimes as women we just deal with a Sometimes and we never realize how bad we actually feel because it's become every day normal. I have also had it for years treatment of laser hair removal and I have tried three other practices. This particular machine that they use is absolutely pain-free and their prices are excellent compared to many places I have been in other cities and even around town. Overall, I love this office, the staff and most of all the kindness and expertise of Dr. Hale who I see as a true lifesaver! Gentlemen, this post isn't just for the ladies . If I was not on a cruise ship where it was hard to get shave gel and razors I would have probably just shaved. I don't know if it is because they are more fine hairs on my upper legs, but there were giant patches of hair missed. I have never had this happen in my standard waxing experiences. I was shocked how much hair was left on my upper legs (baby fine hair) and over both knees. If this is a difference in sugaring versus waxing I will definitely have to stick with waxing as it looked like I had no hair removal done at all in big patches. Sooo bummed. ---- Original review: Overall a good experience. They were friendly and helpful making my appointments and the facility is clean. They're also easy to find. I had a number of services head to toe so they split my time between two estheticians. The first one was good but I felt like she talked almost too much. It felt forced and I am sure she was just trying to distract me but I just kinda wish I'd have been able to lay there quietly. I had asked to leave a strip of hair and she did but it was lop-sided and looked funny. I didn't realize it until I got home and ended up having to just shave the small area. The second girl was very friendly but was better and reading me and didn't push conversations. When it slowed down she let me sit quietly. She did a very good job and was even willing to clean up a few missed hairs by the first woman. I'm not sure I think sugaring is less painful than watching (which is what I'd heard and was why I tried it) but overall it was a good experience. I signed up for 30 min electrolysis on my chin area, which had lovingly grown a forest of random hairs following the birth of my twins. Walking in, there is a cozy waiting room space with a couch. If you are new like me, check and see if there's a clipboard and paperwork on the coffee table for you to complete. Valerie greeted me warmly, asked me questions, patiently explained the electrolysis process and answered my questions prior to starting. I felt well-informed and that I knew what to expect. She described the gentle zap of the wand on hair follicles as a bee sting or like getting a tattoo. I honestly don't even think it was even that bad (with the exception of the really stubborn hairs she had to zap more than once). I think it is equivalent pain to tweezing, which I have done for years. For context, I have very sensitive, pale skin, and eczema and it did not hurt too terribly bad. Valerie did send me a text with links to a few numbing creams as well. I may give that a try for longer sessions. After our session, she used a skin calming serum and gave me ice while I paid the (very reasonable) bill. My skin was only noticeably irritated and sore for a few hours. This process will take approximately 18 months (1 session monthly), so I will review again later about progress.
