My grandson had a clubhouse that needed new stairs, which he put up without any railings after calls due to safety concerns. He did come out and put a strip of wood at the top in each side as a railing but didn't do any decrements so the two hand rails are bowing a half done job And then he put up a dog run fence this past winter that the dog totally tore an area down within two weeks of installation He has not repaired. The dog gets out of the area that wasn't installed properly and unalived one of their chickens. My daughters had to hire an outside fence company to come in and fix Billy's work as it was inferior and unacceptable and good luck trying to get him out there to repair what he didn't install properly.
