Montonaro with buratto, fennel and blood orange salad

I received food from the restaurant as part of a giveaway! But I have to say it was amazing! It was such a lovely selection to try. The Burata was my favourite it was delicious! Everything was yummy and you can't go wrong with prosecco! I definitely recommend that you try this restaurant. Since then we have tried the pizza and it's good also.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. Inside is really beautiful and cozy. The service was amazing. The waiter was checking on us a lot, he was really helpful with the menu, and the food came quick. The food was magnificent! My dish; Fresca pizza with prosciutto was super tasty. My sister loved her dish; the Gigi pizza with ricotta and mushrooms. My mom had a shrimp risotto dish, she finished it super fast because she loved it so much. My dad had a Calazone, which is a fried stuffed pizza and he thought it was amazing. For desert I had cannolis which were so good. The prices were reasonable. Overall I really recommend this restaurant to everyone, the service was great, and the food was amazing.

A good restaurant should feel like an orchestra, where every instrument and player comes together in harmony, together creating something more amazing then the sum of its parts. Although keste has some great high notes, the overall experience lacked a real sense of harmony, leaving us a little disappointed. First, the good. Well, the highest compliment must go to the pizza crust, which was absolutely delicious. Thin, crisp, cooked to perfection, it truly was the highlight of the night. I typically never eat the crust endings, but actually had them here. The variety of pizza toppings was also great, with options like eggplant, ricotta, spicy arrabiatta, and many more. Another very positive note, was how easy going the staff were about us having a baby. They even made it a point to emphasize that they are a family restaurant, which was very nice. The ambiance was also quite enjoyable. Now, for the not so good. Well, despite the pizza dough being delicious, the pizzas were just okay. It's like the remained of the pizza toppings didn't compliment the dough as it should to elevate it to the next level. Moreover, the prices were quite steep, especially compared to other top Montreal pizzerias. Given the higher price point, we expected more. So it really depends on what you're looking for to know if keste is right for you.

My parents in-law are in town are renting a nearby place. After the long flight they wanted to grab some food, not something to fency but still good foid. This place was perfect. The service was fast and good and everything we ordered (anchovies an zucchini salad, red pizza, white pizza and pasta) was superb the desert was also amazing the only downside is that the espresso is Lavatzza and not a better coffee but thats my personal taste. Reasnable priced great food, this place hust joined the "I need to revisit" list

Good food (pizza gorgonzola and pizza burrata were pretty delicious), we had an excellent service and the place looks nice and cozy.

Worst staff ever, extremely ignorant, and soggy pizza, salty pasta, ingredients are not fresh, but frozen.

Not impressed. I'm sure the drinks are really good, skip the food especially the French dip and the tartar. Horrible.

Revisiting No900 six months after my last trip to Montreal and the staff that I'd gotten to…read morerecognize and know by name were not present, and that was slightly sad. However, the staff I encountered this time were just as efficient, energetic, and competent. The pizza, which I chose to build this time, was excellent as always. One word of caution that if you use their online ordering and are therefore routed to Toast or some other order service: I could swear that I was shown that the order would be started immediately and ready in 25-35 minutes. When I arrived at No900 about 25 minutes later I was told that the order had been configured to be ready at a certain time, and that time was about 25 minutes in the future from the time I arrived. I was shown the order info and can't deny the fact...but that isn't what I thought I ordered, so pay close attention to what is shown when ordering online so you get what you want.

Wish they would have told us it was going to be last call before we tried to order one more drink. The server told us that the bar closed ten minutes ago, and was very apologetic. So we ordered another pizza to go. We also had our last meal there. It was a little busy and they were short-staffed so they did not come around much and it took a long time to get our food that time. But it was worth it. Pizza is very good. So we're the meatballs.

I now have a pizza option that rivals the best of NY, New Haven, and all the rest! Pizza Bouquet is labeled as a hybrid of other styles (NY and New Haven) and they are spot on ... more leaning to the NY version. This is exceptional pizza created by an energetic and passionate staff. I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. Overall, this is a destination pizza in my book ,,, welcome to the world of pizza relevance Pizza Bouquet ... you guys do it right. Special shout out to the lovely ladies that danced through the entire preparation of my pie. Loved everything about this place!

New Montreal style pizza…read more Considering I've not heard of or tried "old Montreal style pizza"; just sayin'. The crust, similar to the NYC pie. Thin, gently crisp, some chew and char. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? No. But it's definitely not as boring either.

I had researched it beforehand, and with all the excellent reviews and its prime location, I booked a table for 8. Let me tell you, it is one of THE best restaurants we've dined at here in Montreal. Location: It is nestled on the heart of Old Montreal- one of the prettiest parts of the city. Parking spots are found on the street- but be careful as this touristy part is notorious for giving out tickets. The best is to park in the science center garage close by - it's a bit pricy for $35 to park but you will not lose patience scavenging for a spot! The walk is also nice too. The service: We immediately were greeted by a hostess and seated at our table. We had a friendly waiter who provided great suggestions and pairings. He made sure to check on us through our dinner which we really appreciated. Food: Now the best part... the food was delicious!! We had a few appetizers to start: crispy calamari, arancini and a Caesar salad. They pride on their pizza being "authentic" Italian and after taking one bite, you can say yes it is! The crust is cooked to perfection, and they have many selection- we chose a classic margarita for the kids - and salame for the adults. Both were gobbled up quickly! Finally, we had said it was for a birthday celebration. And they brought out two beautiful dessert pizzas!!! I've NEVER tried anything like that before. They were absolutely delicious. Not only did we get one, but TWO which was more then enough for each member in our group to have one (and in my kids case, two or three haha). It was a major highlight to the night! So I definitely recommend coming here to celebrate special occasions as it will leave a memorable mark for you and each guest. I will definitely be back again soon!!!
