This is one of my new favorite locations! Just off the 805, & the facility is absolutely gorgeous…read more Some of the architecture inside is wonderful to look at. My doctor has been helping me with an issue that occurred post C-section: keloid scar. I've had two csections & this is the first time I've seen results via after care with Kaiser! I came here a few weeks ago for a laser treatment followed immediately by steroid injections (OUCH). My scar is in the best shape it's been in ever. There is one more treatment to be done at this location & I am thrilled to see what the end results are going to look like so I can keep regaining my confidence back & for the pain to stay away. All of the office staff are so thorough, friendly, & welcoming. The nurses explained to me what to expect prior to the doctor entering, & service took maybe 10 minutes in total, half of that time was the consult.

The staff member who…read moreassisted me at the kiosk (it was my first time using it) was incredibly helpful, bubbly, and kind. She made the process easy and even directed me to the correct floor. Once I arrived on the second floor, I waited less than five minutes before being called in. The nurse who helped me was friendly, caring, and made me feel at ease, especially since I was quite nervous when I arrived. I didn't have to wait long in the room before my doctor came in. The doctor was very friendly, listened attentively, and made me feel completely understood. By the time I left, I felt relieved, happy, and excited to celebrate. Thank you to the entire staff at Kaiser--your hard work and compassion do not go unnoticed. You truly made a difference in my day.

I have been seeing Dr. Kadry here for 2 years. Although I am usually as healthy as a horse (are…read morethey really that healthy?) I have had to see him a total of three times. I'm paranoid about any symptoms and immediately think I have either A. cancer or B. Heart disease. Reasonable fears since both my parents died very young with those very diseases. I usually don't call a doctor unless I am panicking and needing an immediate appointment. Annoying patient I know. But they are always willing to work with me and get me in. This I like. They don't torture my hypochondriac soul by making me wait. So the reason I went yesterday is because I've been extremely dizzy for the past couple of days and am having trouble focusing my eyes and maintaining a balance. At work I looked like a pinball trying to work my way through the hallways. Well Dr. Kadry was very nice and calming because I seriously thought I was having a stroke or something. (Thank you Web MD.com) He told me most likely I have a severe inner ear problem and gave me reassurance and a prescription. That was before I stood up off the examining table and lost my balance and fell face first onto the chair in front of me. This concerned him enough to send me for more tests. He even offered to arrange a car service for me since he told me I would be unable to drive until my symptoms subsided. Really the bottom line comes to that he was patient, actually listened to me and didn't treat me like I was an irrational hypochondriac freak. Things I look for in a doctor!!! .

I found Dr. Williamson through my insurance website. Tried it out, and so far so good. Very…read morefriendly staff. Average wait times, typical doctor's office. Small place that contracts out most of their lab work. Receptionist is very friendly and understanding when you have to reschedule your appointment. She also looks out for you and lets you know what your insurance will and won't cover. Also, she knows how to break down your services so that you won't get overcharged by insurance. Dr. Williamson is also friendly and big on nutrition if you ever feel the need to remind yourself to eat healthier. She has very good recommendations on good books and vitamins the average person should take. Overall, nice little place, but nothing exceptional. I like it because it's close to my place and they haven't don't anything rude like certain hospitals.

Dr. Archambault was great with our 2-year-old son while he was dealing with croup. He was educated,…read moredirect in a reassuring way, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the visit. I had seen a negative review beforehand that honestly made me a little tense, but it ended up being completely misleading compared to our experience. He made us feel reassured, and we fully trusted his lead and judgment throughout the appointment. Thank you, Dr. Archambault, for your professionalism and care The office is also very nice and clean, you can tell they take care of their space!

We came in for a well visit for our daughter and discussed a few items with our doctor one of which was stomach issues which she was having for a few weeks to that point. Since this was a large concern of ours we asked for a CAT scan just to make sure everything is okay. Again this may be overboard possibly but we just want to make sure nothing major is going on. The doctor deterred our concern and said it will likely go away and the CAT scan isn't necessary. Well it's been over a month since that visit and our daughter is still complaining about her stomach. I call in to the office to get a referral at this point and what does the doctor say. We need to come in for another appointment and not only that but the representative said the stomach issues weren't even noted in her medical records. Im a business owner myself and to me this seems like a bit of a cash grab considering they're requiring another visit to discuss something we've already talked about (though apparently we didn't?? Hmm). One other cash grab item that disturbed me last visit was a cholesterol scan they 'recommended' but no one told us the results until we asked?? Again I just don't like the professionalism and not sure i understand the motives. Is it actually my kids health or is it what's best to benefit the corporation?
