"Who is Jim Phillips with Kettner/Cassidy?", I said to myself as I read through the first, and one of the most important, emails from him that I could have received at that dismal point in my life. To say that I do not know where I would be if Jim Phillips from Kettner/Cassidy Arbitration did not come into my life, when he did, is a HUGE understatement, and I hope my review of him and his services packs as great of a punch as it is meant to! Right before I received Jim's email, I was aimless, not knowing how or if I could resolve an impending doom situation with two extremely aggressive and litigious creditors. Things had gone from bad to worse as the credit debt consolidation company I was paying a lot of money to, wasn't doing anything to resolve those especially two very difficult creditors. It was an exercise in futility as I wrestled with the company that was taking so much of my money to essentially do nothing. Anything I said fell on 'deaf ears.' Enter . . . Jim Phillips! I had nowhere else to turn, and there he was. Literally was. Jim, from the first moment I called him, has been present, available, involved, reactive, initiative-taking and clearly has the exact experience necessary to negotiate with even the toughest of creditors, which was my case. He is calm, confident, knowledgeable, swift, and reassuring. My nerves were already shot before I returned his email, but one phone call with him was all it took to realize that he immediately understood all that I was dealing with, the sense of urgency about it, and knew exactly what needed to happen, and when, to avoid having judgments filed against me. I was almost out of time avoiding judgement from one creditor, but Jim got to work on that account within a day or two. He knew if we did not get to this creditor on time what my world would look like as a result. Jim is a great listener and has a sound plan of action to turn a situation around. At no time did he ever indicate doubt in being able to resolve my situation. I needed someone exactly like Jim to handle my situation. I wish I had known about him sooner, to spare myself the countless days/nights of anxiety, frustration and being taken for a lot of money with the debt consolidation company. In a heartbeat, I would have chosen to have Jim negotiate every single one of my debt issues. He is more than fair with his pricing and does what he says he is going to do. He is truthful, credible and a man of his word, which over everything, means the most to me. Jim makes you feel like you are his only case even though I am aware he is settling countless other ones for people that are in the same boat as me. I can't recommend anyone more highly than Jim, as it has been far too long since I've met someone this honorable, someone who truly cares about his client getting screwed by other companies continuing to take their money but don't actually do anything, and I listened to every word of guidance from Jim without hesitation and everything turned out exactly as he said it would. For anyone out there that may have just received the first email from Jim, not knowing who he is, my best advice is DON'T HESITATE to contact him back! He is qualified, legitimate and will do right by you. My only regret is not having met him sooner, but I am thanking my lucky stars that I now have someone in my corner, for good! This man is a con artist and tells you exactly what you want to hear and does NOT deliver. Told him what I could afford to pay and was told it would be dealt with. When company would not negotiate, Jim said not to worry he will deal with them until I am in a better financial situation. I have recordings, emails, to prove this. I ended up with a judgement against me because Jim told me he would hold off debt collector. You are better off negotiating yourself. He tells you not to contact collector. After getting screwed I called them and they were aware of his lies to clients. Most debt negotiators will not ask for payment until debt is negotiated and settled. Do Not do business with this man. I am 100% positive these reviews are fake and made by him. You will end up with a judgment against you or paying more than you would have. read more
