She additionally wrote the following: "I would be shocked to learn that a mortgage company pulling your credit has severely impacted you or cost you thousands of dollars. This happens often with clients who freeze their credit. Credit bureaus expect this and expect you to shop for a mortgage so having a mortgage company pull your credit within a 30 day window should not have negatively impacted you."
