After the initial response by the shop, I received a text from Anna, who sold me the frames, etc. She asked which pair was damaged (I had bought more than one) and told me she would order new lenses first thing Monday morning. I would be able to come in on Tuesday morning, and the lenses would be replaced. I have always been very happy with Eye Gallery, but this level of service is virtually unheard of. The doctor took her time, went through a lot of the different possibilities and made sure everything was right before I left. Dr. Philip asked if I had time to do the Glaucoma test as it added half an hour to the visit. She then gave me a special sunglass filter to put under my glasses. The visit was very pleasant. The doctor was on time and they had a good selection of glasses. And, the best part of the experience is that my insurance covered most of it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I will definitely be back.
