I'm don't know if this company does good work when and IF THEY SHOW UP. Unfortunately, I WAS LEFT HIGH AND DRY an hour before our scheduled appointment time. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance with Amanda, the wife of the "mom and pop" Trammel Crane company. I had called around town and found that Trammel was a smaller, one boom truck operation that was also cheaper than other crane service companies. I told her that I needed a hot tub moved from my driveway (the drop off point from Costco delivery) to my backyard. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, so we scheduled an appointment for next week the same day as the delivery. I didn't receive a confirmation call the day before my scheduled appointment, so I called Trammel. I CALLED 24 hours in advance TO CONFIRM, but no one answered. I left a voice message asking for a call or a text to let me know we are good for the next day. Nothing. I didn't get a call back over the next 18 hours, so I called AGAIN to confirm that a crane would be at my home in about 3 hours. Five minutes later I finally had a call back from Amanda confirming that her husband, the crane operator, would arrive in a few hours as scheduled. Two hours go by and Amanda calls asking if I can have the delivery guys leave the hot tub on the truck. It's a Costco delivery, so that's not how it works, and besides the delivery already took place. She said it's fine and hung up. She called back 30 minutes later at 1pm and said, "a driver was texting and hit the back of the crane truck, so I'm not sure if there was any damage to the crane. I don't know what to tell you. My husband doesn't know if the crane is okay. I would recommend you call Smiley Crane." I asked if everyone was okay, she said her husband was fine and the driver who was texting was shaken up, but no one was injured. She said she would call me to let me know....but never really said what she would let me know. If they were still going to try and keep our appointment, if they would need to reschedule for later that day or the next...or if they just didn't want the business and had a better offer for the day. I'm assuming they forgot about my appointment or never recorded it to begin with, and instead of being honest and owning up to making a simple mistake, she lied and tried to make it work last minute. But when it didn't work out, she lied again by fabricating some story so that I WAS LEFT WITHOUT CRANE SERVICES, and then I had to scramble last minute to find someone more expensive, but also more professional. This is another tale of "CHEAPER ISN'T BETTER" AND "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR." Thankfully I didn't pay a dime to Trammel Crane for their lack of service and last minute no show. If there actually was a fender bender I hope everyone was okay. I also hope that I would have received a call from Trammel Crane after they made sure their equipment was okay. I expected that I would have gotten a call to say things happen and lets reschedule if you haven't' hired someone else. I didn't get a call though. I called Amanda at Trammel about an our after her last call to me. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I left a voice message asking if I would be rescheduled or if I definitely needed to call another crane service. Once again, no response. If you're looking for an unprofessional crane service who doesn't return your calls and doesn't care leaving you high and dry without service, Trammel Crane is your crew. If you're looking for a crane service that answers when you call, gets you scheduled last minute despite the inconvenience, and shows up on time and ready to get the job done....call Tempe Crane. That' s who I ended up using and they did a fantastic job.

In February, 2026 when I arrived there I found it was flooded and caused major damages. I called Travelers who is my home insurance carrier to report what happened and was told they hired Servpro which is a Fire and Damage company in Buckeye to asses the damages and do the demolition. I got the report of the plan from Servpro of what they intended to do and was irritated when they demolished more than they needed because I could see that there were some areas which they could have left as is. I believe it is because by doing that, they had more work to do and therefore more income for the company. I used to own a construction business in WA and I also am certified carpenter so I know a lot about home renovations. Since Servpro did the demolition so I opted to let them do the renovation, which on a hindsight I should not have. Their Construction Manager named Kelcy at first did not give me the details or itemize the work on how much the charge was of each phase of the job but instead she just sent me an email of the total charge of renovation until I asked her and went to her office personally to get the copy so I could see the details of what she charged my insurance. I was surprised to see how they jacked up the prices for the materials. It's absurd! I went to Lowes and see those materials they charged my insurance and how much they actually cost at Lowes. I also found out later on that they took some of the unused materials with them back instead of leaving them at my house since my insurance already paid for them; presumably to use for other house renovations. Looking at the carpentry work on the itemized list she finally provided, I told her I would do some of the work myself and so they could pay the portion of the job I did with the insurance money that they already received; but there was a particular job that I did which she refused to acknowledge and stated that her workers did that. She was adamant about that even though I provided the proof on the email to her that I myself was the one who performed that particular job, not her workers. After going back and forth, she finally acknowledged that I was right. That's the reason why I did not send the remaining balance right away when they asked. Servpro took their sweet time to finish the work at my house. They were not there everyday but demanded to get the remaining balance from my insurance ASAP and even threatened to impose late payment fee if I did not comply. One other thing, she charged my insurance company the cost of the price for OBS plywood that I found out was never installed since my floor did not need that plywood. I did give my approval after the job was done just to close the deal even though in my opinion which I also stated to them that they did a subpar job. Looking back, I wish I could hire another company to renovate my house to spare the headaches.

So first group came did a good job removing wet walls, ceiling, cupboards. (removing way more than necessary in our opinion). Some damage done removing this.*note later. Insurance company received the quote and sent back to Mitigation. Agreed to do the work as laid out in the insurance quote. When this was finished we asked when next process would be done, was advised Reconstruction person would be out to quote job and start date. More delays waiting. That completed quote sent to Insurance company, more delays getting approvals.. There was terrible communication for this process and waiting for them to get started. We had a deadline for completion which they confirmed It would be done. Needless to say that didn't happen. Feel free to use them for drying and water mitigation. Krister and his crew were good at that. Krisher shows you the damage, walks you through the house, gives solid suggestions. Took care of us there. (Communication was spotty as to the process of drying the house....but it got done.). But for restoration....while inconvenient, I'd highly suggest someone else. The first consultant Kylie passes our job to Kelsi. (Which turned out to be a lot of the problems, as Kelsi started then left for personal reasons) So at height of project it went back to Kylie. This was the week they promised it would be done, it turned into a nightmare instead. They had people coming and going or sitting waiting to know what they were supposed to be doing. with our time frame and the lack of contractor bookings there was no way this project was going to get done. The consultant was not organized nor aware of project needs. The project didn't get done, but was told "I understand this is not the outcome you would like but unfortunately we are at a standstill and the home is livable". This project was now on hold till we came back in September for the finishing of project. Servpro set up a date to complete project, two workers came to fix, garage light that had been broken, and a pipe moulding to be secured and install two lights. It had been suggested a walk through but that didn't happen as there was damage to the floor pictures were sent, emails back and forth and us proving they did it. Finally they offered money instead of repairing And we agreed to be finally done and no walk through. The whole project was extremely stressful. We gave up.......signed the completion document. It just seemed like a never ending loop. So again, if you're ever in need of water mitigation in the Buckeye area, then yeah I'd recommend Servpro. But from a restoration perspective....I can't recommend them at all. Get an actual General Contractor....don't have this happen to you.

He put together a plan, suggested some reinforcing for the shed to be moved and confirmed the job date. They were right on time, 2 hours as estimated, and I could not be happier. We had a rental property that we recently purchased and has Viking generate a quote for. Not only was this process slow and arduous, but it was a sign for things to come later. They took forever to send someone in to take a look at our problem. When the man showed up to measure and inspect the problem areas, he seemed clueless. He kept asking me questions that didn't seem relevant to the project. I also informed him that he had shown up late and I had a later appointment to deal with, but he did not apologize. He was quite vulgar and rude in some ways. He felt it was appropriate to lay down some curse words as if he was having a beer with me in a dive bar. Finally, I get a quote soon after this interesting experience. The price seemed reasonable so we got the work started. This is when the big disaster started. If the original inspector was vulgar, I don't know what to say about the guys who actually did the work. I could hear them casually making sexist, racist, and homophobic jokes here and there. It was like they didn't even bother toning it down when I was coming by to take a look at what they were doing. They probably assumed that based on my race (Caucasian) and me being a male, I was a part of their charade. Not only did I want to get this over with, but I didn't want to do business with these people after all of this was over. Unfortunately, they left a former asbestos pipe poorly replaced. I had to ask them to come back and repair that and make sure it didn't look shoddy. Getting Jeff to send someone in to do this was like asking him if I could get a spaceship to the moon. He wanted me to send pictures of the problem, then verify it was part of the contract (what?), then he told me that his boys had started another project and that I would have to wait for a few months. I said hell no. I want this down now. After some arguing he finally agreed and made it seem like his company was doing me a favor. The only positives from this whole experience was that the quote was fair in price and ultimately the company got the job done. However, based on the experience I had dealing with the workers, the piss poor work that was initially left behind, and the general unprofessional attitude of this whole company, I will never do business with them ever again and I'm recommending anyone I know to steer clear of Viking.

It was a Sunday so I was not expecting anyone to get back to me. To only did mark get back to me but he came to my house ready to assist. Did an assessment and we decided to open up the wall to see if there was mold. Luckily there was none! But they put some fans out to dry everything, came back daily to check the moisture level and once dry sent out a great crew, who dry walled and painted. One bid was more than twice what Igor quoted. We arranged for him to come out on Saturday to build the shed. He arrived at 7:15am. I showed Igor where I wanted the shed, and he started working diligently. I'm very happy with the results. It took Igor longer than expected due to the uneven gravel the shed was built on top of but he didn't complain or demand more money. Igor is total pro, very nice, very professional, and I would definitely hire him again for other jobs.
