I am sad to say that I had a less than pleasant experience with this company's service. I took my car in for a full-service cleaning (inside and out) and paid $110. Unfortunately, the cleaning job was less than "detailed" and there was very obvious dust, streaks, and grime all over the place. The good news is that once I pointed out all the dirt and grime, it was taken care of immediately by another employee. He was very meticulous and listened to my concerns and took care of the issues thoroughly. Still, I wouldn't recommend this company. Considering the word "detail" is in the company name, I did not feel like there was any attention to detail at all. read more

Not at all a professional detailing work done on my car. The cost was $110.00 and was told the car would be clean entirely except for the engine. This is what I found when I went back after they had the car for 5 hrs. Headliner was not clean stains untouched and the liner was not even cleaned. Dust in the vest in on the front dashboard. Wheel rims were not cleaned completely. You can see they didn't give it any elbow grease clean up! The car cleaner himself said he clean everything and but yet I had to point out more and more untouched areas. For what they call detailing this was not a professional detailing work. This was a just an average car cleaning job. SAVE YOUR MONEY IT NOT WORTH THE TRIP!! read more

Im only giving this place one star because after the first time my Mother in law dropped of her truck and it wasn't done right they re did it for her. The truck still wasn't right the second time around. So im a professional detailer and was involved in a bad motorcycle accident and was hospitalized for months. I couldn't do her car and it was getting dirty so she brought to Kevins. My Fiancée being with me for years could tell a properly detailed car from one that wasn't, She said it was terrible and started sending me pics. I do express details for $50.00 that leave my shop 10 times better than that and she paid for a COMPLETE DETAIL. The guy working at the time she picked up didn't seem to know what to do and Kevin was not there. He called Kevin on the phone at which point he told his worker to give $10.00 off the detail. It wasn't about money she wanted it done right. He then started yelling and cursing at the worker over the phone and had no intention of talking to my mother in law. He then let us reschedule an appointment to have the truck redone at our convenience which was difficult. On top of it the truck was still dirty the second time. I've always been about great customer service myself which is why I have the following I do. He said he's been in business 20 years and takes pride in his work.. I beg to differ. Extremely unhappy my mother in law had to deal with these hackers and hopefully he doesn't do it to any more potential clients. read more

This place is terrible. My mom brought her 2015 Infiniti in today for a complete detail ... when we went to pick it up it looked like it hadn't even been touched. I walked around the truck when she went in to pay and within 1 minute found at least 10 things to complain about. My fiancé owns a detail business but unfortunately got into a motorcycle accident in September and is out of commission right now so we had no choice but to use a different shop. I went in and asked the guy behind the window if they did a full detail and he said with attitude "yes" and I said laughing ok because it's dirty. He said I doubt it ... or something along those lines and proceeded to come outside ... I pointed out all the flaws in the car ... the dirty windows, side mirrors, headlights, door jams, back window, rims, etc... he walked away and came back with a dirty towel and was going to do a quick touch up. He had the car for 8 hours and now needs to do a quick touch up. I asked him to call the owner and he said oh I can take $10 off .. umm no thanks $150 for a poor job - no just get the owner on the phone he called him and Kevin refused to talk to me and said take $15 off and that's it and told his worker not to call him again. So we paid got the keys and went outside - opened the door and the carpets weren't vacuumed and the interior was just like It was when she dropped it off. So end of rant just don't waste your time or money bringing it to this place because for 1 they don't know anything about detailing and 2 the owner has poor customer service skills. read more
