Unfortunately, my experience with Jeep Tech was far from stress-free. John is personable, informative, and clearly knowledgeable; however, his effectiveness as a shop leader appears limited--particularly in managing workflow and prioritizing first time customer builds. The shop does not seem to operate on a first-in, first-out basis, which creates significant delays. With a team of five experienced Jeep technicians, one would expect a more structured and efficient process. Jeep Tech retained my vehicle for such extended periods that it became easy to forget it was even in their possession. In total, they kept my Jeep for approximately three months (roughly 640 working hours). While portions of the work outlined in the invoice were completed satisfactorily, several electrical components were improperly installed or remain unresolved. Specifically, the digital dash--despite taking nearly a month to install--still provides inaccurate readings and exhibits malfunction across multiple gauges. Additionally, the radio installation was incomplete, with exposed wiring left hanging and the backup camera not connected. Also, the mechanic stated that the Grant Universal steering wheel (Grant Racing Performance Series Aluminum Steering Wheels 698) didn't have a functional horn when I personally verified that the horn was functional prior to take it to Jeep tech. Overall, due to the excessive delays, lack of prioritization, and unresolved quality issues, I would not return to this shop nor recommend their services to others, particularly given the significant travel required from Atlanta

I took it to few local mechanics recommended by Landmark Dodge as they won't work on Jeeps older than 10 years. After changing out the TPIM, PCM and alternator, the issue continued so I took it to Jeep Tech and they were able to effectively diagnose the issue and fix the problem, moreover, they alerted me to a few other issues related to maintenance of my Jeep that I knew needed attention and addressed those issues as well. I must say my Jeep is back whole again and running like new. Just glad I found these folks, though it's a distance from Henry County, it's worth the ride as I know my Jeep will be in good hands. Moreover, their pricing is reasonable and comparable to most shops in the area, and they back their work which is important. So if you have a Jeep issue, take it to Jeep Tech!
