I feel that i had to make some changes, like cutting and trimming my own yard. Now! I bought several lawn tools last year from a estate sale. The edger i bought I probably used it about 4 times before it stop working. So i thought about this place, and when i tell you Carl and Kyle are the best. Carl is a soft spoken man....BUT!!! Don't let that fool you. Carl is a big muscular man. I don't know him personally, but they say the quiet ones you have to watch out for. He was nice and polite, he explained everything clearly of the things that was wrong with the edger. He also went over the proper way to start and putting the right kind and best oil for your yard tools. When Carl brought that edger out, it looked barnd spanking new. They did and excellent job. I will most definitely go back if anything else goes wrong with any of the rest of my lawn equipment. Also! They charge a $35.00 deposit that will be added toward your total cost if you choose to have them fix something. Again i hightly recommend this little gem

I didn't have a problem with these guys at all. All of them were nice and very helpful. I was…read moreputting a dual bagger on my tractor and removed the grass chute. The only problem I had were the locks that were attached on the pin to hold the chute. I spent about an hour trying to take those things off then gave up. So, I took the chute to them. They had it removed within 3-4 minutes and only charged me $5.00. Hell I would have even paid $10 so I could finish putting my dual bagger on my Poulan Pro. The little job I had was quick and fast. For anything small, I'll take it to them. However when it comes time to service my tractor, I already have a company that comes out to my house and performs the service without having to bring my equipment to them. In some cases, some companies may have your equipment anywhere from a week to 6 weeks. I don't know this company's policy on equipment repair so I can't speak on that. If you're in the Dacula Ga area and may need equipment repair or service done, check them out.

We immediately fired him on the spot and he became belligerent and started ringing our doorbell endlessly and banging on our door and tried to turn the door knob. Thankfully we locked the door. Then he stated his car "ran out of gas" in our driveway and continued to ring our doorbell demanding my husband to come outside. We called the police and filed a complaint because we feared for our well being. Miraculously, his car "found" gas and he closed his hood and drove off. Then he tried to extort us for a cancellation fee, even through he was 2 1/2 hours late and we fired him on the spot. Bad business practice.
