Since I wasn't traveling this week, it worked out. Kevin called me and sent a diagnostic analysis of the car and what needed to be done, what was recommended, and what would be optimal for longevity and performance. The cost was not impossibly high, and they're closer than the dealership in Roswell. Our car was done within a day. Kevin called me to give me a heads up. I have been driving it today and it started up like a dream. No more concerns about "battery saving power mode", or the other items we had done to avoid service again for an oil change 2 months from now. We got it all done and it was so easy I'd do it again. Drove the vehicle immediately to the train station 23 miles away. Got back in the vehicle and noticed that there was radiator coolant fluid everywhere. Tried to see if they were open Saturday morning. They were not. Took the vehicle to the competition for a radiator replacement. Mentioned it to Randy, he said they could've fixed it for less than half. He was not willing to pay for the repairs necessary while their shop was not open. Filing a small claims case against the owner after refusal to reimburse my $819. After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost.
