After receiving what I thought was good service with Willie towing a car from my property, the…read moreowner of the towed car called the police because she couldn't pay for the towing. When the police called Willie, he LIED to the police stating that I've had multiple cars towed and that he told me it was illegal to tow her car. If he thought it was illegal he shouldn't have towed it. The police then came after me trying to take me to jail! I called Willie myself, and he told me a different story than he told me officer who was standing there with me. I agreed to help pay the woman's towing fee, but when I got to Willie's office, he started yelling at me and was extremely rude about how I "got him in trouble". Instead of charging the $100 he told the police officer the charge would be, he told me to pay $300 right then or else he would call the police and have me arrested for refusing to pay. I was shocked at how crazy he was acting when I had done nothing wrong or illegal. The office was full of cigarette smoke, it was actually hard to breath in there. I would not recommend Willie to anyone. Awful service!

An hour later instead of getting 'Your crane had arrived' Text I get a NEW TEXT telling me a new company is coming ..... I get a phone call seconds later from the new company (Pinkeys) telling me he's an hour away. I'm so dumbfounded it's ridiculous ! I'm asking him what happened to PJ's?! He didn't know he was only coming for Audi to help me but yeah I'm pissed , hot and miserable and think this is horrible business. The company never called and confirmed or anything and that's just bad business. I work with Tow Company's daily in DC and to make someone wait over an hour then cancel tells me you don't care about customer service or humanity for that matter having someone sit for so long before canceling Ugh

Then, when an intermittent electrical problem left me dead in the driveway, the Cusic crew came out, located a problem that others hadn't diagnosed correctly, and fixed it in short order--again for a very fair price. Since then, I've taken "Big Red" back to them to have other work done, including an update from manual to power windows. I can not express my appreciation enough for them and the friend who referred them.
