Mind you it's one of those hot days where my tire is probably melted half off and thus the reason it's obliterated to nothing! So I get a nice Text from my roadside 15 min after I call telling me that I need to wait about an hour .... ok no problem what's another hour, I've already survived 15 minutes of the scorching heat and I need to lose a few lbs so I'm good...... An hour later instead of getting 'Your crane had arrived' Text I get a NEW TEXT telling me a new company is coming ..... I get a phone call seconds later from the new company (Pinkeys) telling me he's an hour away. I'm so dumbfounded it's ridiculous ! I'm asking him what happened to PJ's?! He didn't know he was only coming for Audi to help me but yeah I'm pissed , hot and miserable and think this is horrible business. The company never called and confirmed or anything and that's just bad business. I work with Tow Company's daily in DC and to make someone wait over an hour then cancel tells me you don't care about customer service or humanity for that matter having someone sit for so long before canceling Ugh

I was in such shock I called him back immediately he then threaten to cuss me out over the phone, being upset I said with an escalated voice that "I need some help" he then states "obviously I don't feel like helping anyone today"!!!!
