They put my car on their Computer system TWICE! They charged me Twice for that too! Both times they came back with different issues! Can someone explain to me why they, if the system couldn't find the issue the first time, would put it back on the same system again? Could it be that 200+ charge they add to my bill? It's not doing ME any good but it sure does help them pay for that shiny new building! The car sits in the parking lot for days, When I call they put me on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on me, when they say they will call back they NEVER DO! I called the business and arranged a date and time to have our carpet cleaned. The scheduled morning, I received a call from the technician asking if it was still "a go". I responded yes. An hour later, he notified me that he would be late and, one hour after that, he contacted me to say that the truck had to be towed and he wouldn't be able to do the job today. Later, the owner called and asked me why I cancelled the appointment. I was shocked and relayed each text message that I'd received from the technician. The owner said he'd call me back and, true to his word, he did. He was very apologetic for the actions of his staff and, while I appreciated the apology, it was disappointing that he offered no solution (such as getting someone to my home to do the job). Two stars for the owner's follow-through, but not a business I would consider contacting again.

Set appointment in early December to have my truck repaired on January 14, 2019. Called Mr. Oliver on Thursday, 1/3/19, left message, no return call as requested. Went to business on 1/7/19 at 1:00pm to give him a check. He began by saying he was going to call me. Said he was having employee problems and wasn't going to be able to repair my truck as scheduled. I asked when he thought he could get to it but he suggested a couple of places that might be able to do it. I persisted as to when he might be able to get me in and he said maybe the middle of February. I said I could wait because I wanted his shop to do the work. He kept saying to take it another shop because things were unsettled there. I asked if he was going out of business and he said no. He again suggested a shop saying he knew the owner. I had gone there originally before going to Coach Craft and was told they were only taking jobs from four specific insurance companies. This job was not insured by one of them. I explained this to him and asked if he would call ahead to try and help me get an appoint for the repair. He refused. I again asked if he would agree to repair my vehicle, without committing to a specific date, if they couldn't. He now said that it would be the middle of March or later if he were to be able to do the repairs and would not discuss any possible date. He made another excuse of a personal nature and got angry because I told him I'm not understanding why he won't commit to repairing my vehicle and that there has to be something else going on that I am unaware of. No parts were ordered. Nothing was done other than to waste more than a month of my time and driving to his shop three times(approximately 120 miles total). If he didn't want the job then why take it? He is a terrible businessman and a rude individual. Ridiculous experience.
