Cesar came over and diagnosed, and then sent a tech from his team once the parts came in...so I thought I was in the clear...but then the error kept happening??? So they came back and were able to quickly diagnose and fix it without any additional work to be done. There was a weird thing that was definitely caused by my son or one of his friends- but I had no idea it made such a difference. Working great again! These guys are pros. The owner answered and offered to pick it up 2 days later when I was available. He was very professional when he arrived. I helped him load it up and he was off, took about 15 minutes. I asked for an update about 7 days later. It took a couple days for a response, but I got it. He had to order parts. About 10 days later he sent me a pic of the repairs. A couple days after that, a pic of it running without leaks. A couple days later he delivered my hot tub. About 3 weeks total. The price was right in the middle of his high and low estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He asked for a few hundred down payment before pick up, which was a bit unnerving, but he had to drive almost an hour to my house so I can understand he's not working for free. The remainder was paid on delivery. The work looked really good and I've been using my tub with no problems.
