I recently had an issue with one of the garage doors on my three-car garage. Raymond arrived on time as promised and immediately impressed me with his friendly personality and professional demeanor. He performed a thorough inspection of all three garage doors and quickly identified the problem. The lag bolts securing the tracks had been installed incorrectly and were the wrong size. Not only did he correct the issue on the affected door, but he also inspected the remaining garage doors and found several other loose fasteners that needed attention. We decided it would be best to replace all the lag bolts to prevent any future issues. Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty.
