I recently had an issue with one of the garage doors on my three-car garage. Within that given time frame, a technician, Nick, called to advise me that he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Nick was personable and professional. He explained the issue that was occurring with my garage door, recommended a solution, and advised me of the cost of the solution. In response to my question, he gave me an estimate of the time required to complete the repairs. In spite of the fact that Nick was working in a hot garage on a day when the heat index was over 100 degrees, he stayed focused and completed the job with his time estimate and for the fee quoted. I respect that man's tenacity and work ethic. Nick was also good at answering my questions about maintaining my garage door. There is nothing good about having a garage door that malfunctions. But once my garage door was broken, dealing with the personnel at Robert's Garage Doors made getting back to normal life as easy as possible.
