Within two days there corporate office called me back and said they watched the video and called me a liar that there must have been something wrong with my 3 year old car and it's not their fault. I will never use a kwik trip car wash again. I am so astonished that they found it to be my fault. good luck! Terrible I mean the worst customer service I have ever seen. shame on you Kirk trip.

I am a single Mom, Special Ed Teacher work two jobs. I could NOT be without a vehicle, but yet mine wasn't running and I had no money for the repair. Jason helped me come up with options that were feasible for my situation and even offered up a complimentary loaner car to help get me by. I was so grateful and truly moved by their empathy and support with this situation.
