This tires plus location was polite and helpful in the call and in person. They gave me a better low price and was able to get the job done in a short amount of time (basically the next day) in quality and timely manor. For me one of the problems were the sway bar links needed to be replaced and before the job the car was slightly creaky whilst turning(bad sway bar links) and after service very smooth as well as no creaky sounds. Another service was a coolant constant leakage, and needed to be flushed out as well and the replacement part they called me about were inexpensive and quick to fix. The coolant hasn't leaked since(about a month) as reassuring as well is their 12 month 12,000 mile included warranty on the services done no extra cost(compared to other repair places trying to charge for the warranty). I would definitely recommend calling them up and ask about getting your car fixed here.

I later found out that the one and only mechanic who was even qualified to do a diagnostic was taking two days off while my car was there. Front desk employees, especially one, were rude, unprofessional and basically completely unhelpful. I ended up taking my car to another shop after it sat at Tires Plus for 4 days. It appears they simply replugged the light in. My student told me 2 days later the "oil change" alert was still on and that the headlight was out (again). I had him take the car back to Lake Elmo Repair and they told him he would need to bring it back with an appointment. I don't think it is fair to expect us to have to come back according to their schedule when the problem was the poor workmanship of Lake Elmo Repair. I have…read morenot used Walmarts auto center before and did not know what to expect. my appointment was so 1pm, I arrived at 12:50. no one was there and the doors were closed. I entered through the garden center and walked to the auto center, still no one there. I called the auto center- no one picked up the phone. I did some shopping and walked back later- a Walmart employee was behind the counter/ no other customers. I asked about my 1pm appt. I was ignored, I asked again and acknowledged, but not helped. I left at this point and went 1/2 mile down the road to Vavoline...lesson learned.
