Primary example, gave my phone number on 3 separate visits and interactions along with my email. They could not get my correct phone number or send email to me. They also asked me to contact my prior dentist to get dental records and x-rays sent to them. WTAF I get the impression they don't know what to do or they're lazy af, or both. I've been here during posted office hours, and it's been empty. Also, it just looks empty or not staffed Just so many flags of weirdness, I'll pass.

I know that many of us on this site come to connect with friends and neighbors but mostly looking for referrals. Personally, for me, finding the right dentist was imperative after all my years of self-neglect with my oral health. I definitely needed tons of new work and replacement of some old work. I have always been nervous about sitting in the dental chair, knowing the two main focal points of discussion would be the dental work needed and the cost to complete the work. Nor will I forget the pain that typically comes with the level of work needed. This is a very intimidating subject for those that haven't had the proper dental attention in quite some time. I came across 32 Dental 4 U while out doing some shopping in my neighborhood. I had to muster up the courage, put my big girl pants on and just go for a visit. Was it emotional? Yes! When I tell you, from the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Sunkara and her entire team made me feel welcomed and understood my needs from Day 1. The bedside manner is top-notch! Dr. Sunkara was patient, knowledgeable about her craft and educated me every step of the way. For all the dental work I have completed over the months, I have never had any pain afterwards and if so, it only lasts for a few hours, even after an extraction. I can tell that the Dr and her team truly care about the patients that walk into her office and most importantly want to see her patients smile with confidence. I have been visiting this office (on Kirchoff Road in Rolling Meadows) for a few months now and at the end of my treatment plan, I have my smile back, my confidence is up, and I am ready to eat a good hearty meal without the pain and embarrassment. I know this post is long but there are so many of us that are just afraid and intimidated with going to the dentist but take it from me, Dr. Sunkara and her team will completely take your anxiety away and will work their hardest to get you in a healthy state of mind with your oral hygiene and appearance. They are thorough with their work and take the extra time to really explain things to you - both about your mouth and your billing. Insurance can be tricky and I've had issues with other offices not being transparent about pricing, but not here. This was not a simple procedure. The crown and abutment were extremely difficult to remove, and there was uncertainty about what would be found underneath. Dr. Kakos was willing to take on a challenge that many others would not, working carefully and persistently to help preserve my existing implant rather than moving straight to removal. His kindness, confidence, and willingness to help made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to handle. Frustrated of Unexpected Billing Charges. But each time our family would undergo for a procedure, we get surprised of the bill and always being told it's our previous balance from the last procedure. This facility needs to be transparent to their patient especially on billing charges that was not informed before the procedure. We feel that we are being trapped on the situation. I called Dr. Mike's office to see if they could make some trays for me prior to my cleaning. The quote - without bleach (I had purchased some Opalescence on my own) was $150. Needless to say due to an emergency and then another issue, I was rescheduled twice for my tray mold-making appointment. They did give me a discount for my troubles. I picked up my trays the same day as my cleaning appointment. I saw Katie as my hygentist and really like her - she's gentle! Katie explained the trays to me. They made a little dot on each tooth in the tray which indicates where/how much gel to put on each tooth. I told her that the pre-filled trays I previously tried caused gum irritation, and she suggested a fluoride paint ($35) - normally done on kids. If gum irritation occurs, she told me to apply Vitamin E topically. She even hooked me up with a few capsules AND a few different tubes (10% and 15%) of whitening gel. Not only did I get my cleaning, trays, and my molds, but an education on teeth whitening! :) Thanks Katie!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I feel more love and care from a cashier at a grocery store than compared to this horrible lady. Recommended a procedure that was unnecessary but could also be harmful (per both my regular dentist…read moreand the periodontist I saw after this). Dr. Silc missed the real issue completely. Furthermore, they do not take insurance and make you pay up front. Well my insurance accidentally sent the reimbursement check to them instead of me, and instead of forwarding it to me (like they said they would) I never heard from them and they cashed the check! Four months later I had to call them when I realized I still never received the check- had I never called they would have made twice the cost of the exam (I paid them, and insurance also paid them).
