You can feel her touch in everything, from the cozy lighting to the soft music playing in the background. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was layered with flavor, balance, and soul. You can tell this is real Mediterranean cuisine, made by someone who truly loves what she does. The staff was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was calm and comforting, and everything about the evening felt genuine. This is more than a restaurant. I also had to make a charcuterie board at home and I bought fresh prosciutto, serrano ham, and truffle cheese. They were all very fresh and tasted amazing I do wish they sold more variety of specialty items such as different types of cracker, bread, and chicken liver (paté). It's smaller inside that I expected but perfect to grab and go. I'd be back whenever I'm craving Italian food.

Interestingly enough, at the cash register, there is a sign that states, "Refund policy provided within 2 days receipt." It is mandatory for stores to visibly display their return policy at the cash register. 'The Bad Wife' failed to do so. Mrs. Lee's attitude was rude and dismissive despite being told return policies must be clearly visible by the cash register.

In response, she shouted at me, "WHAT PROBLEM?!" in a manner that attracted the attention of everyone in the store. She later ordered me to "PAY UP" at checkout, which is an improper way to address a customer and a departure from the correct protocol of stating the total amount. When I voiced my concern about her rude behavior, she dismissed my professional concerns as a joke and offered no apology. I chose to cancel the transaction and leave the store. Her aggressive behavior continued over the phone when I requested to speak with a manager.  Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
