Jason did an amazing job. He arrived early (despite being under the weather), was extremely cordial and professional, and his work was extremely efficient. He performed house lock install, key duplications, lock rekeys. At one point, I asked about a troublesome deadbolt that didn't work with all my house keys, and he readily determined that it was a inferior previous re-key that he quickly resolved. His work was solid, the price was great, and I will definitely use his services again next time. read more

I was looking to have locks changed and keys made on a commercial building and I called the top 5 or so locksmiths. Jason at Key N Go had the simplest pricing structure and he was much cheaper than the other locksmiths (Some of which wanted to charge $4 a key.) Jason was flexible on my appointment time, arrived exactly on time, and he was very professional. The best part was that we had a lock with no key that was stuck in the locked position and Jason not only got the door open but he rebuilt the lock FREE OF CHARGE! I highly recommend using Key N Go and will be referring all of my friends and family to them. read more

Great Service by Jason! We needed doors re-keyed on a late evening Friday and he was able to assist! Noticed one of our side gate locks need to be re-keyed as well. Proactively done it. He even went the extra mile to replace my broken lock by finding a new one and getting it delivered so that he could get the job completed right then! Jason did an outstanding all around job re-keying my home. He responded to my yelp request for a quote within a few minutes. His quoted price was great (1/2 the price of another quote I received). Very impressed with the service on my car; Jason was obviously in demand but reserved time for me as quick as he could and fit me in earlier when availability came up. I really like that he was so confident based on my description of the car and the issue what the most likely problem was and what the cost would be. Since then, my garage door was back-breaking to open, and they told me there was not enough ceiling space to install an automated garage door opener. I got tired of lifting the heavy door, so I called Adam, who responded immediately and diagnosed the problem as a spring that was too small for the 90-pound door and a track that was too close to the wall. For $300, he replaced the spring with the correct size and adjusted the placement of the track. In addition to that, he said he could install an automatic opener using the front wall (not the ceiling) for $575, which he did. And so, after years of putting up with a terrible garage door, Adam has given me a garage door that is easy to open manually and which I can open with a remote. I reached out to Unlimited Locksmith and was paired with Ahmed, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ahmed quoted me $120-$150 to repair the lock, which was already far more reasonable than another locksmith I had called earlier. That previous company (Wolf&Key) told me the lock was "broken from the inside" and claimed the repair would be complicated--quoting $350 to replace the lock with a new key, or an outrageous $500 if I wanted to keep my original key. Ahmed proved all of that wrong. He arrived quickly, was extremely responsive and communicative, and stuck to his original quote. I ended up paying $150, kept my same key, and didn't need an entirely new lock. He took the time to explain what was actually wrong, including how many internal plates were damaged and what he needed to replace. His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were obvious. I'm incredibly happy I decided to go with Unlimited Locksmith. Professional, honest, fair pricing, and truly skilled--Ahmed saved me hundreds of dollars and a ton of stress. Jason from Key N Go fixed the doorknob at the rental house I lived in so since he was quick, courteous and did a good job I called him when I bought my own home and wanted to replace all the locks. Once again he provided fast, friendly service at a good price for this job. So when after moving in and using the locks for a few days and discovering I had unknowingly purchased designed-to-lock-u-out-without-knowing-it locks (which did not list this feature on the packaging) I called Jason again and he gladly helped with researching replacement locks, coming to my rescue when I was locked out and finally installing the new regular locks all for very reasonable prices. Yesterday, the car's steering wheel was in the locked position and I couldn't start the car. After being towed home, I contacted Jason and we made an appointment for him to come to my home this afternoon. Jason arrived early and began working on the car's ignition. I read all these great reviews so I called and I have had NO response....Then Jason called me and explained that his message did not get changed while he was on vacation and scheduled a time to come re-key my door. Jason is as good as it gets. If you leave a message he will call you back fast. Also, he came out to my house that night even though it was after hours. If you need someone reliable and does the job correct, Jason is the guy to go to. He will rekey your house correctly the first time and leave you with nothing to worry about. read more
